I also love the (electricity generating?) plant and smoke stack! The smoke and the yellow cast make my eyes and lungs burn.

^Sad but true. Residents of the District (pop. 550,000) do not have a representative in Congress who is allowed to cast a vote yet we pay federal taxes and District of Columbia taxes. We can call or write our non-voting delegate in the House of Representatives but our voices will have no impact on any legislation before the Congress.:cry:
