I've got a sentimental attachment to it, Pat. As a youngun I used to go up to London by bus, get off at the Embankment Gardens and walk through the watergate up into the Strand. Then twenty years ago or so they put a ridiculous patio in front of it with protective railings. You can still walk round the sides but it's not the same, the magic has gone.

I thought somebody had made a reference about it by posting a pic or something... in any case, it's not that difficult to come by while browsing the Wikipee.
