That is a strange combination.

Is there a reason behind it? Will other totems be added to commemorate other atrocities or saints?

It's not a public park - it is the work of an eccentric Seattle millionaire (although the monuments are pretty far south of Seattle), and no there will be no further additions.

The man who had all these monuments put up wanted to add additional monuments commemorating Joseph Salk, and all victims of DUIs, and he was barred from doing so because the monuments are known to slow traffic on I-5 passing by.
