Thank You wit, and I forgot to add that they were all taken from my balcony overlooking the beach. With a Nikon D-70 camera and a AF-S DX zoom Nikkor 55-200 mm f/4-5.6 ED zoom lens.

I've never heard of Old Orchard Beach... but it's beautiful! It appears to be relatively unspoiled, or do you have your back to the carnival rides and vendors?

The carnival rides and vendors are about a mile to the right on the long beach shot you barely see the pier on the middle right it is in the fog. The beach is just in between Portland and Kennebunkport Maine. The beach is also 7 miles long.

I can definitely recommend it. ..| Ghent is an awesome city that still has one of the most beautiful old city centres I have ever seen. I'll be posting the pics as soon as I've sorted them all out

This is one of about twelve lowrise residential and office blocks under construction adding to what already exists in an area known as Century City (Cape Town). The area is also home to a 400 store mall, a theme park, plus a bird sanctury. I live about 6km from here.

And here's a pic of the bridge taken last week. Nowadays it's named after Lieutenant Colonel John Frost who tried unsuccesfully to free Arnhem.
