The train station and bus depot in Arnhem is a bit of a mess. It will be another 4 years before all the building has finished. Till it is completed these two towers stand guard.
I have mixed feeling about these towers. I do like them and they react wonderfully to the light during all kinds of weather, but I think they're in the wrong place, they break the line of sight and the greenness of Arnhem.
Ah well, the mayoress of Arnhem disagrees, but then where she lives it's a different story...

Arnhem is the only city in the Netherlands that has trolley busses. Has had them since the 1950's if not before that.

We had a hard freeze in early April, and almost all the flowers died. The tulips have come back, though.
