There was a basketball basket on each end, and on the floor geometric patterns were marked with what looks like heavy tape - if you went to high school in America you’ve seen it - the same patterns I’ve seen in every college, high school, and YMCA I’ve been in. While being in a gym or recreation center doesn't bother me, it's the smell. The old molding and mildewed sour towel smell that has permeated the facility makes me gag and brings back memories of my horrible time in gym class.
