I've tried to expand and diversify my own music tastes. It's good to keep an open mind and not be so resentful. I love reggaeton, but I also listen to rock and pop. Anything from Jowell & Randy, Wisin & Yandel (Reggaeton), the Rolling Stones, Muddy Waters (blues), Queen, Gaga... it's good to keep a open mind to other music. Wishing harm on an artist by saying you want their career to permanently end just shows serious resentment.

I wouldn't even wish harm on Justin Bieber. I don't like his music, but I hope he gets himself in order.

maybe you should see my ipod or my cd collection before you tell me that. you do realize that i listen to music other than rap, right? without giving too much away. there's a couple of artists that i actually dissed and despise whose albums i actually have on my ipod or i've actually brought. guess who.

well, i've actually posted other music besides rap in that thread too.

and naw, it ain't him. what i will say though is that sometimes, people will go like "how you say you hate this person's music so much but yet you actually brought their album or have it on your ipod." that's what my homeboy told me when i brought lil wayne's carter 3 and justin timberlake's second album 5 years ago. haha. this was before i got the ipod though. wouldn't have brought them if i had the ipod on hand. there's a couple of albums that i've downloaded that i would love to get the cd copy of though since the records are that good. the only reason why i brought those two albums was because i felt like wasting my money on something at the time.

I heard a loud thud noise and then some squealing in my backyard. I turned on the light and I saw what I thought was a raccoon (my neighbor feeds a family of wild racoons and they have a tendency of wandering in my backyard at night) on the deck, but then I saw it fly away. So I'm guessing it was a hawk or falcon. Well, it is night out, so it could've been a small owl...I don't know, I saw it for less than a second before it was gone.

I've been feeling kinda down lately. My dog that I've had for the majority of my life is getting old. He sleeps all night, he sleeps most of the day, he doesn't greet people at the door anymore, he doesn't play anymore, he doesn't have energy for pretty much anything anymore, and he's eating significantly less. He's. Getting. Old. As much as I don't want to accept it or I try not to think about it, he doesn't have all that much time left. He's been a part of my family for so long that I can't really imagine what it's going to be like without him.

Easter is rolling around and I miss my grandmother the most around the holidays.

She was very festive. Even though she was never religious, she would go all out for Easter. Easter baskets with the grandchildren. Easter decorations and huge dinners and desserts.

I wanted to make a coconut cake for the holiday and I finally found a good recipe. She would make one every year. I just thought, if she was alive we could be making it together and I wouldn't have spent an hour on the internet searching for a recipe.

Yes sir ! Im really amazed at their perseverance. They actually did it. When all of the fans went crazy, I too was very sad BUT I also had this "All good things must come to an end" attitude about it.

Well there goes egg on my face. New episodes start April 29th on Hulu. Some of the stuff looks better than before.

It's not that old really Kinda can't wait to graduate but also nervous about getting into the work field. Now I need to practice how to kneel and beg for job so I can master them when I go for interview lol

On a sad not, had few hours of rink practice with a classmate today. Asked him to coach/check my skating since he used to compete internationally and his words hit me pretty hard lol. Mostly the F word and profanity and he seemed pissed off at everything I do lol. Kinda brought my mood down since he said how amazed he is that my previous coach allowed me to get away with so many noob mistakes lol. Also falling on the butt and knee multiple times since unhealed last week doesn't help either lol. Trying to keep a happy face for now.

That other guy had nothing to gain by being blunt...nothing to lose either. Grab you grain of salt and get

your ass back out there.

Think about this....learning requires asking the questions you DON'T already know the answers to.

Maybe his response to you was in the form he responds best to. Take what helps, disregard to rest and

for Gods sake, don't let that ruin your day.

My Dad hardly ever washes his hands and it drives me up the mother-frackin' wall! He uses the bathroom, you hear the toilet flush and he's right out.

He comes in from outside and digs right into a bag of potato chips. When calls himself washing his hands, he runs it under the water quickly, without any soap.

If you ask him about it, he usually gets mad or lies about having washed them. What the hell ? It makes me ill to think that he used to prepare my lunches everyday for grade school.

We need therapy in this house.

I know the feeling. My better half has a habit of going to the bathroom during the middle of the night--and sometimes I'll him hear take a leak, then walk right back out of the bathroom and get back into bed.
