trying to stay positive and whatever BUT i feel like punching somebody in the face, beating somebody down right now, stomping them out and whatever right now because i'm in a shitty mood right now. even taking a walk outside didn't help get my mind right. like i'm just itching to do that shit but my conscience is talking some sense into me from doing something crazy though.

i know certain punk ass people, who i think deserve to die and i wish death on, probably would like to see me do it though. FUCK THEM THOUGH.

You need some kumbaya and kama sutra in your life. (!)

thanks, d but what is kumbaya and kara sutra? that's supposed to be some pills or something?

"Kumbaya" or "Kumbayah" (Gullah, "Come By Here" — "Kum ba yah") — is a spiritual song from the 1930s. It became a standard campfire song in Scouting and summer camps, and enjoyed broader popularity during the folk revival of the 1960s.

The song was originally associated with human and spiritual unity, closeness and compassion, and it still is, but more recently it is also cited or alluded to in satirical or cynical ways which suggest false moralizing, hypocrisy, or naively optimistic views of the world and human nature.

The Kama Sutra (Sanskrit: कामसूत्र, Kāmasūtra) is an ancient Indian text widely considered to be the standard work on human sexual behavior in Sanskrit literature written by Vātsyāyana. A portion of the work consists of practical advice on sexual intercourse.

...

Contrary to popular perception, especially in the western world, Kama sutra is not just an exclusive sex manual; it presents itself as a guide to a virtuous and gracious living that discusses the nature of love, family life and other aspects pertaining to pleasure oriented faculties of human life.

^^^ Thanks! I was going to do that, but was too complex to attempt on my pad. Cut n pasting is a bitch.

My rant atm: Gay men who think going to the gym and being "buff" makes them more masculine. No, it doesn't.

I am at lunch, right now.

I would like to give a shout-out to the awesome woman who got me to work tonight, after our ratchet-ass public bus and train service strikes again! :##:

So, I though I would just do my housekeeping at my friends place, then catch the bus, since I'd already had a $5 day pass from this morning's shopping trips.

So I'd planned to call in an order at the chicken joint next to my store and grab a bite before coming into work.

That was the plan. But then...DART. :grrr: :bs:

After picking me up, the normal bus route is to turn right, and go about a half mile down a winding neighborhood street, turn left, and come out at a Kroger supermarket a block behind an elementary school. The Kroger is where my Walgreens I work at is located.

But instead of turning left at the elementary school like the driver should've done, he misses his turn and comes out the next vertical north-to-south street over, over by the freeway.

He tried to make a u-turn at a Popeye's restaurant and got the bus stuck. You bitch-ass driver, that's what your control panel GPS is for! You have turn-by-turn navigation for a reason, genius!

So seeing as I was already going to be late, I walk in to a Whataburger and a woman waiting greeted me. I grumbled about the DART bus leaving me stranded and late for work. Turns out the woman was the mom of one of the employees who was about to get off, andshe was there to pick them up. She took me down the street to my work. I made it just on time.

Madam, whoever you are, thank you. Really, thank you. (8*8)

Oh Joe-Joe, you should know better than to leave a geography geek like me such tantalising clues.

That'll be Sam Houston Elementary School with the bus failing to make the turn, either at Throckmorton St/Congress Ave or Knight St/Dickason Ave, therefore not dropping you off further along at Cedar Springs Rd where the Kroger and Walgreens are.

Instead he proceeds past the single streets towards Lemmon Ave (two-lane), turns left in the direction of the junction with W Mockingbird Ln, and along that stretch is where the U-turn failed, near where the Popeye's and Whataburger are located.

It's STILL a vague and haphazard guess as I don't know the city at all of course, so I may easily be wrong. ;)

^ I see what you did there! :D (*8*)

But I'm about (educated guess) 20 miles or so away from that part of town. That neighborhood you described is actually the gay part of Dallas. ..|

I'm in the part of Dallas that's so far north that it's literally in the next county. It's literally called Far North Dallas. There's actually North Dallas, and then FND. I'm in FND. I'm not kidding when I say that Dallas-Fort Worth really is like New York, only with nicer people. (Just kidding ...) ... And better weather, too.

When I was a kid, I hated disappointing my parents in every way. My brother was the same.

Now that I'm trying to date... I get most upset when people disappoint me.

That's about the most I can vent about now... Other than I went and hung out with someone last night.. and by hang out I mean, I watched Netflix with him on the couch while he was on Twitter..

^^^^
I can pretty much guarantee 99% of the disappointments you'll face in life will be caused by people.
