Most popular and most commented upon are two different things. A thread could be about terrorists and have the most posts. It doesn't make the terrorists the most popular subjects on JUB.

The title of this thread is grossly misleading and deliberately so in order to stir. That, it has done.

Semantics afaic. Of course the majority on JUB most probably do not like him - me included - but the fact remains his thread still gets the most comments-views-is always on top when you go to MaleCelebs.

Like in the media - even when no one seems to like him - even the media sources themselves - they can't stop featuring him. So I'm wondering whether his PR - which one must be a fool not to think is expansive and hard working - is working on JUB as well.

Buzz is buzz, but you can hardly start a thread on a topic and then claim its effect is somehow the product of insidious manipulation by publicists.

There is a celebrity forum. You took a snapshot in time and made an assertion that it is somehow significant in Hot Topics. I don't see any resonance to your theory from the posts here. It is true. You have created a thread about popularity of a thread....have received answers....but seem somehow determined to attack others over their posting history in any thread about the Beebs.

However, merging the two threads does not mean that the non-fans must stop posting in it, and it also does not mean that the non-fans must become fans and start posting nice things.
