It isn’t any of the three titles GEVI lists them both in. Those are Just Plain Cocky, Alex has a Big Fat Dick, and Darius has a Big Fat Dick. They’re both on each of those, but not in the same scene.
Please help! I’ve Googled without luck.

I had been looking for an actual scene, too and I've come to believe that they both happened to be working on the same day and were goofing around together off camera for twitter. I don't believe there's actually a scene connected to it, just a little backstage goofing.

It was shot back in May 2018 so I'm sure we would have seen it by now.
