The site reports that her guards immediately surrounded him and did not let him leave until the celeb couple departed.

I think its just catching up really -before she was with Kanye she had 0 fame in the UK, but was still pretty huge in the states. I don't think either have an attitude to be that liked by the UK (the only time I hear Kim mentioned by anyone it is her being mocked) - so they will just have to stay quiet and not do much press here.
