I have a love / hate relationship with K.West. I love his music, however, I cannot stand his personality. I was watching TRL and they are announcing the nominees for the 2007 VMAs. Damien is talking with Kanye about being nominated for best video of the year with Justice again .....and this is when Kanye goes retarded....he was apparently beat by Justice in Europe . He then went up when they were accepting their award and said no disrespect but I think I should have won this category especially when you work so hard for the fans. Then goes and starts talking about black people have not won this award before and makes it a racial thing. I have my problem because Kanye lost he has to go up and cry about it. I cannot stand him.
 
He whines at every awards show. He's got the biggest ego in show buisness.
 
I fail to see why he's a great artist. I just see him as a delusional cry baby, who when he doesn't get his own way throws a fit and his toys out of the pram.
 
I actually think his rhymes kind of suck. Other than Gold Digger, I haven't enjoyed any of his other songs or his featured spots in other artists' songs. God, his featured bit in Brandy's "Talk About Our Love" was terrible. When he rhymes, it's either with the same word over and over again, with some terrible onomatopoeia like a groan, or it rhymes and it makes no sense...

There are way better artists out there int he same genre than him. I don't understand how he got so popular. Maybe his ego and stage presence?

If there's one guy who's career I wish would just disapear, its Kanye West. I don't respond well to people, especially males, with large egos. And this guy takes the cake in the ego department. He's overrated, and so is his music. And he's fucking ugly too.

To actually SAY that he should have won something over someone else is ridiculous. Why don't more people realize what an ass this guy is. I fucking hope he loses at the VMAs and storms the stage. Maybe then people will see what a jackass he really is.

Maybe they say those nice things because they know if they don't they'll get in trouble with Miss West or his 'people.' The rap/r&b world is pretty shady, and people get hurt when they don't say the right things.
