If you've ever seen Kash upset, you know he is not one to mess with and this homophobic Uber driver found out the hard way after he was upset that Kash and one of his male friends were sitting to close together during a ride home.

The driver, who did not state his name on the video can be seen and heard going back and forth with Kash before Kash goes off on him.

We really wish the ridesharing services would get their act together and start teaching some courses about diversity. This is yet another instance of where the LGBT community isn't safe anywhere, including riding home.

Watch the videos below

this is bullshit problem--if a fucking driver who is getting paid to drive-- doesn't know that have to be polite and fucking drive they need to go back to their dumb fuck 19th century homophobic countries.... good for Kash---

Well one of those countries is apparently the US, because my partner and I were treated to a homophobic diatribe against gay marriage by a taxi driver who also bragged about being born in the USA.

Not saying the Uber driver wasn't homophobic but the video started playing after whatever triggered the response was already said or done. So it's hard to really know what went on. You can also find situations where an uber driver was not being homophobic at all but accused of such, as in this story:

(the homophobic accusation isn't actually shown here since they just took snippets)

I don't know who this particular guy is though or the full story on this situation. It sounds like he's legitimate.

Watched all three parts of the video, from the video we see the gay guy being loud, angry and aggressive. The driver could have very well been homophobic to some degree but nobody who would watch those videos is going to see the driver as the antagonist. He is calm throughout the entire ordeal while the gay guy is infuriated.

From what it sounds like, there was some degree of public affection being shown and the driver was uncomfortable by it and told them to cut it out. We have no idea what went on, if any clothes was being taken off (doesn't seem like it) or what exactly happened but I can tell you the guy recording didn't do a good job showcasing anything homophobic going on. Seems like he was trying to make out or snuggle with his boyfriend, the driver told them to stop it out and he snapped at the driver, even mocked him for being foreign (something that happened in the other story as well).

Even if the driver was homophobic, neither of them are "right" in this situation in my opinion.

public affection is not against the law--gay or straight ---if the customer was drunk or aggressive or being unreasonable to the driver that is not right---working at night picking drunk couple up you get into situations---part of the job---there are a lot of stories of these religious homophobic car drivers from 19th century countries and it annoys me---if you are born here that is no excuse either---I've taken a lot of cars in the city--most are cool---but there have been some that I would love to see shipped back to wherever they came from.

Yes not denying that. The driver could very well be in the wrong. It just doesn't come off that way in the videos. All we're seeing is the driver being berated. We never actually see what was said before that.
