Glad he's come forward with it. I hope he's well and stays healthy. People living with HIV shouldn't be ridiculed for being infected. Hopefully he has a long, happy and healthy journey ahead of him.

I hope he at least had the decency to tell his co-stars before filming w/them. If he didn't, that's really fucked up. I know there are condoms and strict testing in porn, but nothing is ever 100% guaranteed safe. You can even catch it from precum while giving oral. Or what about shots in porn where guys cum in each other's mouths? I know this is a risk porn stars take and his co-stars share responsibility in this, but he should've been more considerate.

If you go to his Twitter you can see he tweeted another porn star (who he has done scenes with). He said he already knew about Kayden's status, so by the sounds of it he has told his co-stars.
