What do you guys do to keep looking young ? I am only 20 years old and I already take a lot of precaution because I want to look good. I hardly ever go into the sun to not cause me any damage. Have always been more of a night person anyways. I drink lots of water, and well I love it when people tell me that I look younger than my age. My goal is to always look 5yrs younger than what I am. In the future I will probably result to cosmetic surgery to fix any lines that I have. I am just very cautious of how I look. I even have a way of drying my face after I shower lol. You can say that I am somewhat obsessed.

Anything else I could do to keep looking young ? I use moisturizer with that SPF stuff on it. Its not that I think that I look old because I don't. I am only 20 but like I said, If I want to keep up my appearance I must start taking action now.

I'm 26 (almost 27 heh), and people often say I look younger. Which is nice but I don't mind aging, much (I know I love older guys hehe).

My basic, quick hints are:

1 - Avoid sun like a plague (yeah I'm white/pale as hell);
2 - Don't drink any alchool; drink lots of water;
3 - Don't smoke;
4 - Eat well and exercise to keep thin;
5 - Sleep well.

That's about it for me, I use no special products... just sun block whenever I go out in the sun for longer times. :gogirl:

I follow that list expect #5

Its very hard for me to go to bed early , but I will try :)

I still sleep 8 hrs so does it matter if I go to bed late ?

Then you should be fine. (*8*)

I am no specialist but I would guess just by getting 8 hours sleep each day would be fine, doesn't matter if it's during day or night!

Looking younger than you really are is mostly about your genes. Some people just naturally look younger than they are. I am one of those lucky ones. I don't do anything special. I go out in the sun, I drink alcohol (moderately), I don't drink lots of water, I've never smoked, I used to exercise a lot, and I use plain soap when I wash. One thing you can do though is to never frown ( and I'm not being facetious here).

lol the last part made me laugh. Well, my parents dont look old for their age, and since I take very good care of myself then I should be fine :)

I'm almost 21 but I still look barely 18 or 19 depending on who you ask. I hate it when I see guys in their twenties that look way too old already. My tips: moisturize your face every day. Shave, perhaps not the stubble every day, but at least above the lip. Use chapstick. If you have dark features, put something under your eyes to reduce dark circles. Oh, and also, I find that I look a bit younger with my hair a tad bit longer. With it cut short, I start to look more mature, more butch, but when it's grown out a bit I keep the boyish look.

Well maybe direct sun, but you should still try to have a lot of outdoor activities; just wear a sunblock and maybe a hat.

When you hit your 30s, your face won't look as good if you force your body fat below 10%.

I'm guessing you were drunk when posting this reply.
Still completely unecessary.[-X

I was actually kinda stoned, but still think it's pathetic and weak.
And I enjoy saying hey you're like 37 (when the person in fact is 24) and se his inside burst into flames :D

Come again?;)

Yeah stoned, as in smoking weed.
But actually we (I) did a cake and ate it with close friends, then we got munchies so we all hovered in whipped cream, peanuts, chips and candy.
Then we went out (it was sunny!) and went to a barbeque where there was a shitload of ALCOHOL and germans and (red) meat. So chips, meat, bread (evil carbs) and drinks and people (germans!)

The problem with you ***holes are that you disgust me.
How the fuck can you reason the way you do when people suffer in third world countries.

Exercise->get drunk->get stoned->eat pizza and cookies -> Exercise.
Let nature deal with the rest...this thread is way too pathetic.

Andorra is #2

Anyways, its not that I am concern. Its more about am I doing the right thing to keep myself on track for when I am older, which I am :)

Cardio stuff helps too, because it increases your bloodflow to your capillaries (the small blood vessels that provide oxygen to your skin).

I do wonder why someone 20 would be so concerned about it tho...again if you look at the centarians out there I don't think they were especially keen about looking young at 20...
Look around you at other guys that are older. The ones that are in their thirties, fourties and so on. Most of them look it or worse. It should be a given that you'll also look that way unless you do something different than they are. It's simply common sense.

You don't need to be concerned at 20, but you're right to start thinking about it. If you're goal is to stay young, then the time to start is when you're young.

I would say if you're 20, you've got quite a while yet before you have to worry about it. Just enjoy being young now. Getting older isn't so bad if you take reasonable care of yourself

^^Well, here's me, exercising and eating a healthy diet and it turns out all I needed was to take a gondola up a mountain, lol.
