I've already said enough on this topic on other boards.

Guess I'm the only Evanescence fan on here and I'll go ahead and say that Amy and the rest of the band are just as talented, if not more, without Ben. What has he done since.

It's been clarified on a couple Evanescence boards (evthreads.com, evboard.com) that the video is actually staged in that it isn't Amy's house they TP'd. It was supposed to be some trailer for a TV show they were pitching around that never got off the ground. The guy in the beginning, whatever-Zane, is some porn star who's trying to get a musical career off the ground so he leaked this video that was previously under wraps. And now everyone's pissed at him, including Kelly's people, Ben's, blahblahblah, lawsuits, etc.

Some bitch in that video says Ben "wrote the whole record," which is patently false. Him and Amy have co-writing credits on every song on Fallen. Once he left the band he signed away all rights he had to the group, so considering that + how extremely bitter his and Amy's parting was, I don't blame her for taking him off the plaque. Boohoo.

She said he wrote practically the whole album which is very possible just because someone gets a cowriting credit doesn't mean he... or she in this instance... wrote the majority or even a significant portion of the song.

someone said what has Ben done since leaving the band...well he's produced/co-written chart topping songs with Kelly and Avril...had a song out with Anastacia...is working on Kelly and Avril new albums with them I do believe...he's been busy.
