WOW ... time sure does seem to slip away and fly so darn fast !!!
I've had company for almost a month ..he's going home Wednesday .... then I will get back into my routine .... it was his nephew who was killed in Bradenton ... and we are all family, so to speak ....
Well; they finally picked up the truck at Nick's work !!! Now; I can get back to rebuilding my credit rating once again .... Nick did not even call to say they had it .. the recovery service did ... I had told them where he worked, his hours etc .... at least, I was going to be co operative ...
I THINK I can get refinanced at about 6.5% and pull out $5,000 to tide me over till I get these two rooms rented ... I'll be talking to all three of the places that I've narrowed it down to tomorrow .... Wish me luck ...

Ok; from where I am at this moment, things ARE definate "Looking" good ....
I have a lady who wants to buy the house .... IF she can get her friend up North to move down here with her ... I'll know how that goes by the week end .... BUT; just in case she doesn't get it , I've rented a room to a guy today ... and waiting for Joe to send me back his release from contract so I can rent out his room too since it appears he's going to not be coming back and no one is paying his rent as his mother quit last week ...
In the event it does not get sold, the mortgage guy says he will re finance me with cash out and STILL give me a lower payment than what i have right now ... OH YEAH !!!
Yes, I explained to the new guy about the house being for sale and he did not care .. so he's been forewarned .
Nick has not stopped by since I tracked him down last week .... He still owes me for the tv he sold, the dvd (67) that he sold, the computer that he took, and on the accounts which he has not paid on in over a month ...
If I have to have him locked up, I guess that I will .... OH GOD ..... I'm sending him a "Demand Letter" tomorrow to his work since he won't give me his address or phone number ...
Ok .... so far , so good !! Back tomorrow, I think ...

Gees ... Just when I thought I was starting to get my life back in order .....
I went to the post office today and handed the clerk my Debit card . It was declined . She ran it twice and both times it was declined .
From the posst office, I drove over to the bank ... I found out that on June 15th, Nick has accessed my bank account online to an adult porn site and paid $39.95 from my account. Since I did not know about it , I've been using the debit card . The one time I used it caused it to go into negative balance and each time thereafter ... so now for purchases of on $65.00, I have bank fees of $228.00 .
The bank and tthe porn company want me to prosecute Nick for "Bank Robbery with an Electronic Device", "Unathorized use of a Bank Account", "Theft by Deception" and a few other felony charges that would put him away for ten years or MORE ....
I just want to crawl into a hole and cover myself up ....
What I did was to send Nick a demand letter telling him that IF he pays me the total of what I am out, that I'll not file charges ... if he does not pay ; then HE is on his way ... to Federal Prison , since the FBI has juderstiction ...(sp) ...
.... and, that is enough problems for one day .... back tomorrow , if I'm still around ...lol ...

Everything just keeps getting screwery and screwery ... however it is spelled ....
I noticed that this charge was in the banks records ; BUT not mine the first time when I went to the bank and got it all straightened out ..or so I thought .
The bank officer sat at the computer and went thru each and every charges on my debit card back in late June ; so she would have had to have seen this charge on June 15th as well as the others that I had pointed out to her ...
I'm not trying to get Nick off the hook as I am aware that NONE of this would be happening if HE had not set it all in motion when he first used my banking info ... B U T .. since the bank officer did not alert me when I was there investigating this matter in June .. I feel my "Negative Balance Fees" should be removed and not charged ...
The home office is now investigating this matter because of my complaint ...
Well , a lady friend is asking about renting the xtra bedroom and she will pay two months in advance !!! Plus; she will buy another bed and pay to have the satellite outlet changed ; so I said yes . If everything goes well , she will move in Tuesday or Wednesday ...
Ok ... I'm going to play around a few and watch a little tube .. Good Night

No ... Not the "Dance" ; but my life for the time being ...
The lady who wants to buy my house won't be able to "Probably" do so until September ... as the guy she was going to buy it with had a heart attack and can't make it to Florida until then ... so I am on Hold ...
I did get the room rented and I was honest with the guy and told him that that the house was for sale and could go at any moment ...
I really think he took it because he saw my "Massage", "Reflexology", "Accupressure" and "REIKI" certificates and was inquiring about them ... I told him that I give them, combined into one treatment as "Theraputic Touch" for my friends , now and then ... not very often .... and he was very intrigued .
I had a very long and serious talk with Mr. Nick today . He came over and hashed out a few things ... One thing is certain ... He is terrified of going to Jail .
He will come over tomorrow and sign a legal promissory note for EVERYTHING he owes me at 18% interest or 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance .
Then he will pay $100 per week for two weeks and $50 per week thereafter until his account with me is paid in FULL !
If he fails to live up to it ; then ... I will sell the note at a discount and let someone else mess around with it ....
I imagine that is quite enough for tonight ... Back when I can ....

I guess it pays to have a wry sense of humor ... I have to in order to keep from doing something really dumb ..
David ask the question if I've had anything "Nice" happen to me ? Short answere .. NO . I would not know what to think or where to begin IF something "Nice were to happen to me right now ....
I did find another house up in Ohio that I'd like to get ... it is a six room , single floor (because I'll probably be in a wheel chair in a year or two ) , situated on a one acre lot surrounded on the other three sides by deep woods .... It has a full basement and if I fenced in the lot, it would make an ideal playground for the dog ... and the asking price is well within my means once I sell this darn house down here ...
The mortgage man who is working with me and the lady who is interested in this house had a chat today . I informed him that he needs to put a fire under her butt and get a contract going , at least . She can sign it , send it up to her friend and he can sign it , then it can be sent to me and accepted .... by the time a closing is ready ...he'll be down here and I'll be all set to get the "H" out of Dodge ...
A buddy of mine , actually my best friend for YEARS ... is having serious problems with the lady he is living with . He says that he will "Probably" want to move in with me there when I get up to Ohio ...
I'm just hopeing that this new house I found will still be available when I'm ready to buy which is why I'm pushing for everyone to HURRY UP !!!
Joe hopes to get out of Jail this week sometime ... and if he does , his mother says she will cover his rent until he gets working again .... That would be a real blessing .... He'd owe me like $345 as of Friday ... then this new guy , Mike will be paying me $230.00 ... so I could get all of my bills paid and have just a little left ... Actually; I'd have enough left to put a couple Hundred in the bank for a change ... OMG ; that would be awesome .. !!!
Well .. I've rattled on in this ongoing saga of my miserable existance ... Until next time JUBERS !!!

Ahhhhh Things are starting to look up , at last ....
Joe got out of Jail today ..... and managed to get his old job back ... BUT; won't have any money until next Friday which will make the Electric Bill late .... first time in over fifteen years any of my bills have been late ...
The new Guy, Mike showed me his pay check ... instead of taking his uniforms out in three different weekly portions ..they took them all out at once ... and shorted him on his pay by eight hours .... so he was short on his rent ....
I will be so Damm glad to get back to Ohio where I don't have to count on strangers with all their problems causing me to have problems .....
I'm going to see if Joe's mom can send him down one weeks rent to help ... she could at least do that the way I've kept her informed about Joe ... and even went to pick his ass up ...
Who said I ranted and vented .... Opps ; that was ME !!! LOL ...

I don't generally like to skip church ; BUT I might make an exception later this morning ... it is now 1:03 a.m. here ... I'd have to call Samantha and she'd be disappointed ... so I just might try and make it after all ...
Joe and Mike have hit it off fairly well ... and have spent a lot of time hanging out together ... wonder where they've got the $$$$ for running around considering neither one paid full rent .... BUT; I am grateful for what I got and was able to pay on my bills ... it got the dog fed and that poor lil' thing can't fend for himself ... I could at least walk down to friends house and eat IF I really had to ..
I might sound selfish ; BUT in my leaser, I've got that each man shall provide his own food . Mike waits until he thinks I'm in bed and goes in and gets into my food . A whole damm bag og chicken tenders disappeared in ONE night ...
Right now though ; I'm not saying anything as I need to catch up on the bills ... I'll just stop bringin food home and eat out or go get what I want/need for per meal from now on ... He can't take what isn't there ..LOL ...
I talked to Nick today ... He said that it will be NEXT week before he can begin paying me as he has to pay to recover his items that were left in the truck ... this week .
I'm going to let him slide ... BUT; it is almost to the point where the $$$ don't matter anymore and it becomes Principle .... and .. I will have his ass locked up .
I think I have the best behaved Pit Bull in the world ... the more you pet him, the more he wants. He constantly is wanting lick on someone and show affection ... BUT; he seldom lets me out of his sight . Like right now , he is sleeping just about four feet from me ... and I guarantee IF I was to get up ; he be up and following me ...LOL ..
Ok ... I'm heading off to bed to count some sheep ... Maybe tomorrow I will begin walking again ... Would do me GOOD !! Ok Ok ... Good-Night !!

Well, there are days that it just doesn't pay to even get out of bed ... and TODAY was one of those days ...
I found out that my bank account is now over $400 in the Negative due to the illegal accessing that the damm bank did not tell me about when I was in there going over my account in July ... Most of it is those damm Bank Fees @ $34.00 EACH for funds not available when they SHOULD be there ....
I'm trying to sell the damm pool table .. that is about the only way for me to salvage my financial situation at this point .... A friend of one of my roomers is coming over tonight to look at it .. and has CASH , so he's talking my language ..
THEN; as if all that wasn't enough ... The bitch who has been telling me for over six weeks that she wants to buy this house has backed out and decided to buy a f'n condo .
I'm calling some of those folks who buy homes and IF I can get about $170,00 for my place ..I'm selliong it below the appraised price and getting my ass out of here ...I've had nothing but trouble and it isn't getting any better ...
I'd like just ONE week to go by without any darn Drama ... That is like asking for a f'n snow storm down here ..LOL ....
IF for whatever the reason , I just cannot get this place sold ... then , at least I know I can re fi and just endure it here until the market picks back up around here ..

Ok ... Joe's mother has NOT sent his weeks rent as she promised ... Mike has NOT got caught up as he promised and I am abouot to throw both of them out of my house on their asses ....
They both know that my bank account is in the negative ... and an xtra $8.00 per day fee is being charged as long as it stays that way ... BUT ; do either of these fuckin' morons care ? Hell Know !!! They talk about the way Nick did me ...they are just as bad ....
I've got one out .. that is a credit card account that was still open with a zero balance ... I had to order a new card ... hopefully it will get here by Friday night and with rents which these jokers better pay .. I can get solvent again ...
Then NO MORE FAVORS for ANYONE !!! I always get screwed ....

Joe's mom finally called me this evening and after I told her I was going to ask him to MOVE on Friday IF I did not have my rent ; she sent $200 on his account ... which is enough to keep him here until next week when he'll get his pay check ...
The other guy says he'll be short on Friday and I told him to start packing .. He was almost crying ..then told me he'd be able to come up with all but about $20 of what he owes ... so I said ok .. BUT ONLY if he has at least $200.00 ...
That will get my bank account back in the black with a little extra .... FINALLY !!!
I really don't like the drama and acting like a dick ... BUT there are times folks will walk all over you IF they think you are soft ...
It looks as though I am going to re fi this house and just stay here for now ... I'm hopeing my buddy moves down from Ohio .. that would be awesome !!!
Now; to begin unpacking .... where to f'n start ...???????

Finally, I am in the "Black" again with my bank ! What a relief ...
I really laid down the law to these guys , so the new guy brought home $100 tonight and with Joe's $200 ... I am now solvant by about $23.00. Mike has to pay me $125 tomorrow night ; so I am back on track financially. By the end of the month; all bills will be caught up and I can once again begin adding to the savings account ...
I think on Saturday, I'll take my nephew to the movies and out to Barnhills for dinner ... we deserve something after going thru all of this ..
The house will be re fied after I run just one more ad to make sure it is not going to sell right now ... I'm just wanting to make sure .....
If my buddy from Ohio comes on down ... then it will be great and I'll just resign myself to staying right here ...

Well .. I spent the week end staying with friends kids ... basically they were fairly well behaved for a change ... the one boy always is ; BUT the older brother can be pure Hell ... however; his video games kept him busy ....
I made a Dream Pie and a cherry Cheesecake for the church dinner ... Lorettta and Samantha made a chocolate cake . The kids went .. Kyle, Adam, and little Jude ... who is a particularly difficult kid to contend with ; BUT he did really good with the other youngsters and so I took them to the park afterwards ... The eldest; Aaron stayed home and was still asleep when we got home .
Ok; Joe just got out of Jail last week .. got his rent caught up etc and things were fine ... then he takes his unregistered and unlicensed car with expired tag out with his expired drivers license ... cuts off a police officer ... and gets three tickets !!! He's very afraid that this will affect his Probation stuff BUT he did say that he'll give me TWO weeks rent this coming Thursday ... just in case he gets violated ... that will give me a little xtra until I get someone else in his room IF I need to ...
Then Mike owes the rest of Last weeks rent, a new weeks rent and his late fee of $25.00 .... for $175.00 .... hopefully I won't be doing too bad IF i really need to find a new roommate to take Joe's place .... BUT; like I told him , this is traffic and they might just not mention it when he reports on Friday ...
Well , this is the week that will tell what is really going to happen with Nick ... he better just man up and pay me on Wednesday .... I still cannot figure him out ....
I'm going to call my buddy tomorrow and see how things are going with him up North .... Hopefully; he will be wanting to move down here ....

I called my friend tonight and he and his lady friend seem to have made up. Well; at least for the time being.
So IF and when Joe has to move out either due to getting violated by his parole officer or going to court .... then I'll have to get a stranger back in my home and I don't care for that too much ...
I've contacted a friend of Nicks ... he is a nice guy and I believe between homes just stayin' here and there until he finds a place ... I'm going to offer him Joe's room for when Joe does go ... hell; I just might offer him Mikes room and kick Mike out as I just do not trust him ...
Yep; I have resigned myself to the fact that I need to do the re fi and stay here for several more months or until the market picks up .... whichever comes first .
Ok ; eyes are bothering me and I'm heading to bed in a few ..

I really hate to keep harping on the same topics ; BUT they are what are bothering me right now ....
I sat down and figured out to almost the penny what I would need to buy a home up in Ohio ... so I also figured the lowest possible price that I could go and still have enough $$$ to buy a house ..and move etc ... and I can still lower the price or have a realtor sell it for me ... and I'm undecidedd which route to go at this time ... I hATE these kind of decesions ....
However; IF I do have a realtor sell it ... I won't get it re- fied as they won't re fi if it is listed with a realtor ....
I spent a couple of hours going thru the Realtor.com and found several homes that would be in my price range even with me lowering the price .... so I'm doing ok with all of this right now ... One place even had three acres, another five acres, and then one with a little bit better house but only one acre .... anyway; I am satisfied ..
Well ; as of Friday ..I should be totally in the black again .... YEAH for me !!! Joe will pay two weeks rent tomorrow and Mike will pay a week plus his late fees and past due ammounts on Friday ... What a relief to know that I'll be back where I like to be financially at last ...
I think I'll be able to get the satellite re installed next week in the one rental bedroom now and get the tv replaced that Nick STILL has not returned ...
Well ..I've ranted and yammered enough ... so good night to everyone who reads my ramblings ...

It really is not that big of a deal .. but it just irks me that everyone just wants to screw me over every chance they get ....
Joe had been telling me that he was going to pay me two weeks on Friday ... so he deposited ALL of his money into the bank Friday am before he went to his PO ... then when his po did not violate him ; he came on home, went to work, came home and was playing on the computer when I had to ask about rent ... so he paid only ONE week ... it is all he really owed; BUT he had been promising 2 weeks ..
Then; this Mike guy said his check did not come in; yet he had the $$ to goout running around tonight ... SO; I fixed him up a statement and posted it on his bedroom door charging him the $25 late charge .... I'm tired of being nice .
SO; i won't be totally in the black until next week; BUT .. that is how it is ..a whole month of screw ups ... I am glad this month is drawing to an end ..September has to be better ...lol ...
I am going to treat myself tomorrow ... going to Barnhills where they have an excellent salad bar ... LOVE IT !!
Ok ..I'm off to play around for awhile ... GoodNight ..

Well, It seems that sometimes ya' just got to take the bull by the horns and do what you need to do ....
I came on out and ask Joe for the extra week ahead .. he paid it ... Then I used it to put a tv back in his room .... now just have to wait and get the satellite reconnected in there ...
Mike was whinning that his check would not come in till Saturday .. then it was Sunday ..now it is today ... I went ahead anyway and charged the $25 late fee ... and I warned him the next time he's be kicked OUT ... I need the rents when they are due ...
Then; just as I was doing well .... I screwed up myself and miscalculated .... causing my checkbook to be OFF .. thus now having to pay over $125 in bad bank feees etc to catch it all up . What a waste of $$$$ ... I just have to be more careful as I can't afford to throw away $$ like that ..lol ...
Again; I appreciate those of you who follow this ongoing rant of my life .... and the trial and tribulations that come along with it ... as well as the good times ; now and then ...
Like I took my nephew out to eat the other day .. we went over to the Olive Garden and got the special of soup, salad , and breadsticks ...it is awesome .... all you can eat for only $5.99 per person .... and the food is SOOOO Good !
Ok ... got to go get the dog something to eat ...ya'll take care ....

I guess that sometimes being a "Dick" is just what ya' got to do ....
That new guy, Mike has still not paid the rents and late fees from Friday ... it is at $200.00 . So; I just got pissed and put a notice on his door for him to get out ... I'm just sick and tired of being used all the time ....
A couple friends of mine want to rent some space and sell plants, herbs, etc ... and ..they want me to dig out my jewelry etc and set up with them .... I'm giving it some serious thought ... I'd only need to put about $250 into the biz ... again ... and it would be something to do on Friday thru Sundays ... My younger nephew, Adam wants to work with me ... so , I'll probably do it ....
That is about it for tonight or morning .. lol ... Good Night !!

I believe it is illegal .. BUT; I really don't care . I had my fill of the Mike character . He hasn't been here since Wednesday morning and rent was due again tonight . So; I went into his room and bagged up all his stuff; what little bit that was left ..and sat the bag on the front porch .... He is OUT OF HERE !!
I'll go on Roommates.com and Roomster to place an ad for another roomie . This time ; they will have had to have been employed for a MINIMUM of six months and have references.
Joe has been good about paying his rent ; but it looks like he'll end up going to jail IF his lawyer does not do what he's getting paid for ... "Stalking By Phone" BS ... BUT; the States Attorney isn't budging ...
I'm considering getting back into business , But ... don't know if can really stretch the $$$ right now ... However; I might just go ahead and give it a try ... I'd only have about $200 out of pocket this time....
I'm about to quit trying to sell the house ... the way the market is , So; the only thing I can do, is just re fi and stay here for now ...

Yes; I am now looking for a new roommate. I threw Mike out Friday night against his protest .. BUT he did not even have his past due rent , much less his new rent ... He Just had to go ....
I'm now looking for another employed male , about 18 - 26 or so to rent the room ... Hot Tub and Pool Table are available ... It's not too bad for only $115 per week which Includes Utilities / NO Deposit ...
The room has a color tv, full bed, dresser with a buffet top, desk and desk chair ... lamps, and a telephone with unlimited local and domestic long distance ...
The house has a 61" dlp HD tv with surround sound home theater , about 1,500 DVDs , about 500 "XXX" DVDs of all genre .... Full House/ Kitchen Privledges.
Sure do hope I get it rented SOON ....
