The $$$ came today .. so I made a beeline down to Wachovia to cash the check . I couldn't believe it when they charged me $5.00 to cash a check drawn on their bank because I was not a customer .. so I had a fit and was almost ejected ...
Ok; so I deposited the $$$ in my bank and went to the floor store ... made the deposit on the floor which they will start work October 31st ... SPOOKY !! They wilkl be finished in about two days .. could go into part of a third ; I really don't care since I'm paying for the job , not by the hour ....
I also had to get dvd racks to put my dvds back out since I am staying here ... ended up going back to Target as they had the best deal .. got three that holds 324 dvds each ...
Now; I need to find a tree service to come over and remove that big ole limb from the backyard and level the back hedges down by about three feet ...
I did take my 14 year old nephew out to dinner this evening .. we went to Olive Garden .. That is his favorite place to eat ... Soup, Sald, and delicious breadsticks ... all you can eat before 4PM are only $5.99 ..... Fantastic Deal ...

It just NEVER seems to end !! BUT; as I am finding out , getting screwed is the norm for me ...
When I signed and received papers for the new re-fi ... ALL of the numbers on the "Application", "Truth in Lending" and the "Disclosure" statements showed Monthly Payments at $581.00 .. going up slightly each year ... so NO Big deal ...
NOW; I get the statement from the finance bank and it shows me paying an "ACTUAL" Payment of over $1,000.00 per month ... or a "Minimum Payment of over $900.00 per month ... or a "minimum" Payment of $581.00 .. which is when they take the difference from the "Minimum Payment" and subtract it from the "Actual Payment" and add it to the Mortgage .... making the mortgage CONTINUALLY going up !!
So; I'm off to seee an attorney next week .. this is Fraud and Deceptive business practices ..if ya' ask me ... IF a lawyer can't sue them and get "Punative" Damages .. I'm thinking of just going ahead and filing a bankruptcy since my biggest expense IS a mortgage ..... anyway ... I could posssibly keep the house and it would all backfire on the mortgage broker and the bank ... who both tried to pull this BS ...

Well, I've just been a mess worrying over this darn mortgage situation .
I did find an attorney that can't see me 'till Monday. I sure do hope that he has some GOOD news for me ... I could sure use some about this time.
Ok; I've put the mortgage situation on hold for now until after Monday ..... so Adam, younger nephew, and I went and finished up my Christmas Shopping for this year. There wasn't much to do as I'm not buying for many .
The Dog had to go to the vet ... I "Thought" with my coupon that the exam would be around $20.00 and trim his nails would be $7.00 .... OH NO; LOL .... First, the vet discovered a rash that required an injection and a script plus skin scraping ... then the vet did a heartworm test (Good thing I guess) , also found a minor ear infection which meant another injection and a script . By the time we left; I was out $132.33 .... However; IF it had been $500 , I would have paid it for him ... at least HE is trustworthy, loving, etc and it is sincere .....
The floors are in and for once I got a really GREAT deal and the job is excellent ... sure does make one heck of a difference in this place .... (I think I mentioned this earlier ...)
Ya' know ... sometimes I think I'll never learn . Nick had called me on Monday ... wanting to go and "hang out" as he put it . We have not "Hung Out" since he moved out. However; since his birthday was Wednesday ; I said ok ... went out and got him a present even ... although he owes me over EIGHT Grand .... Then comes Wednesday and I sat here the entire day waiting on him to call ... NOT A RING DID MY PHONE MAKE.
Finally a little past three, Adam called and ask if I'd take him out to eat .
Adam is a nice kid . He is 14 year old and is so sincere . When he first learned about my diabetes, he wanted to learn how to check my blood , wich insulin to give and when , and just how to do give the insulin shots .... IF we are out eating , he won't allow me to touch anything like ice cream, cake etc ... and the best thing is .. He is very sincere in his concern .
He is having a lot of problems at home, right now . There are seven people living at that house and no one ever gives him any attention . Then; he has told me that he believes that he is Bi or Gay .. not for sure which and that I'm the only one he can confide in as it would "Kill" his mom and his dad and step dad would disown him if they found out he was either.
Adam says that IF I'm still around in four years , that he'd like to move in wherever I'm at .... he feel more comfortable around someone who understands what he is going thru . I said to just take one day at a time and that fours years is a long time to even consider planning for a move like that ; BUT that when the time came and he still wanted to move in ... He'd be more than welcome .
Well ... I see what happens when I miss a week of posting .... I'm heading to Kohl's ... back tomorrow , probably ...

I took some time off to rethink my life ... which appears to be going nowhere .
I had the appointment with the lawyer . YES; I have a cause for action ; BUT it will cost me more $$$$ to begin the case and carry it thru ... even IF I did get attorney fees at the end ... so I am STUCK in this reverse mortgage ....
I've put the house back up for sale ... DOES ANYONE WANT TO BUY A NICE FLORIDA HOME ? Go to http://InfoTube.net/187688 and find all the info ...
I went to the doctor and he thinks I have a kidney problem going on now .... can it get much worse ? I wonder ....
Had lunch with Nick the other day . He says he is trying to change and wants to mend the bridge that he burnt with me ... He's started a new job and says he wants to begin paying me back within a couple of weeks .... I'll have to wait and see ..... He did say that I was the best thing that had ever happpen to him and that he relly F'd his life by screwing me over like he did ....
Anyway ... I think that tomorrow I'll re do my garage ... and put all my jewelry, knives, buckles etc out and run ads in the local papers on the weekends and try to make some xtra $$$ .... never can tell ... IF someone don't report me for running a business ...lol ....

It is quite weird .. I have my re fi , used the cash for the floors and bills ... and "Thought" that I was back to being broke , as usual ....
I went to the mailbox today and guess what ? There was a check for almost $900 from the former mortgage company ... they had overcharged on the final payoff of my home and now I get a refund check ... Of course, the $$ will be used to pay bills for the most part ... I will take about $100 out for DVDs though .
Again;I wish to make mention of a couple of friends who read my blog all the time and gives me encouragement ... so thanks to Countessa Scrub and DpNice ... and the newbie .. ClassicFrench ....
I'll be seeing Nick at Thanksgiving at his parents home .. This should be very interesting .... I am taking VERY slow and I really do not believe ANYTHING until I see the $$$$ in my palm ....
Ok for now ... may be back in a few and post about my sale this week end ...

Hello Everyone ... I have not been around very much because I have not felt too well ... I do not know if I'm getting a liver or Kidney disease/problem caused by diabetic complications or not . I keep having these discomforts / pain in lower left side and it bothers me . I am going to the doctor next week ... so hopefully I can find something out then ..
The lady interested in this house still has not got back in touch with me ... BUT; she did say by the end of the week and that would include Saturday into the afternoon ... I just wish she'd buy it ...
I'm having another sale this week end .. 50% the jewelry, knives, and belt buckles ... plus I have the jewelry cases etrc for sale also ... I did real well last week as a lot of folks were out doing Christmas shopping .... One lady did all of hers at my little garage store ..Yheah for me ... she kept saying she was sorry for "bothering" me ... I told her that I wish MORE people would come and bother me ...lol ...
Ok ; got to get a shower and go to bed ... Good Night ..

Yes; today I went to the doctor ... he said my test show that there is no liver or kidney disease whatsoever ... Makes me feel happy . He said that probably from wearing my belt too tight or my weight pulling on lower back ....
I have joined a gym here ... PLanet Fitness. I love it !! Just regular folks going in and working out ... They even have it posted as a "No Judgement Zone" .... I've got me a routine set up that takes about 35-45 minutes ....
It is amazing how gyms have changed ... years ago, when I belonged to the gym up North , there was one big shower room .... Now; there are seperate and divided shower stralls with curtains ... BUT: when I was in the locker room, I saw TWO sets of feet under the one shower curtain .. LOL ....
The lady who was so interested in the house never did call or anything ... guess she found something else ... What bad luck for me ....
Again; thanks to you guys who follow my troubled life ... Maybe one of these days , I'll have something really good to post ... keep yourr fingers crossed ...
I've had to put in another ad for another roommate ... hope the room gets rented soon .... I'm trying to get all my bills paid down and off in some cases to raise my credit score so later this year I can get a REAL re fi without the cost of one like from Countrywide ....
Maybe; the house will sell before then .. I have it on MySpace, Infotube.com, and Owners.com .. as well as a couple of other web sites .... I run newspaper ads as I can afford them ...
Well .. I'm getting a showe and heading to bed ... GoodNight and until next time ....

Right now I feel like a jackass . I went down to the VA doctor ; yes, I go to civilian and VA doctors ... anyway; he was looking over this weight gain of 38 pounds in six months for no apparent reason ...
We began going over my meds ... and guess what ? I have been taking just ONE of my Thyroid pills per day and NOT 2 .. like the script calls for ... I'v e taken one for so many years , that when the new script came , I did not even read it .... LESSON LEARNED !! He told me that thereis NO way I could have gotten any weight off with only one pill per day ... Not going to the gym for six hours a day and eating nothing but water and salads ... I'd still have gained weight ....
Anyway; the problem is SOLVED and I'm back on the road to health ... It will or should be about six weeks before I begin getting rid of the weight again ....
I'm having another sale this week end ... hope to pay down some more bills !! I've got to bring that credit score up higher and I've got a good start on it ....
OH; the guys at the gym .. aren't all that .. at least not so far .

Well .. I have a contract on my home ... BUT; it all hinges IF the appraisal will come out to what the buyer has offered .

And; we all know that these appraisers have not been doing the best of jobs lately ....

So; I just have to wait until the appraisal comes in and see... GOSH; I'm anxious about this .... BUT; the thought of moving in January makes me shiver ...Brrrr it is cold up in Ohio ...

My eyes are bothering me , so I am heading to bed ... goodnight .

OMG .. the Waiting is now beginning . I just hope I have not got myself in a bigger mess ... BUT; I feel that this will work out for the best .... However; ther will be NO celebratiuon until the final papers are signed and I have the Check $$$ in my grubby hands ....

I did go out and gather up several boxes so I can pack more stuff up and keep out only what I really use everyday ...I guess I will get a small gift for the guy who rents the one bedroom from me ... I really do not like him as I have caught him in several lies etc ... BUT; everyone deserves a Christmas present .. or so I think ....

Ok; I'm just waiting and waiting for something to break on the house deal ...
The guy from the Trust called and said that he is "Working on it" ... and to "Sit Tight" ......
However; I do have another lady who has expressed an interest ... Hopefully ONE of the two actually does something ....
Christmas is just a couple of days away ... I'd prefer to sleep thru it .... BUT; that is not possible ... Hate being along ; but not able to change that .

Hey ; I hope that each of you had a Very Merry Christmas and is working his way towards a very Happy New Year !!

Christmas has came and left ... I took my tree down last night and out my Christmas decorations away also .... Christmas just is not the same when you don't even get one gift to unwrap .

Now, don't get me wrong ... I preach and tell everyone that Christmas is about giving etc ... I did my Santa thing at Children's Home , handed out coffee and meals to the homeless etc .... BUT; it is just a feeling when you see everyone opening gifts and you are the ONLY one who gets nothing ... Oh well .. there is always next year ....

I'm calling the guy from the trust tomorrow ... they are going to shit or get off the pot . I want to know IF they are buying my house or not ... and if so; then they need to get an appraiser out here and NOW . I've already lost the house I wanted up in Ohio and I'm getting pissed . So tired of getting screwed over by Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, and so called investors and their empty promises ....

Ok ... I've ranted enough .. time for bed .. or maybe a look thru the forums ... Good Night !!

Hey ... I called the "Trust" and I'm not anymore knowledgeable about what is going on than I was last week ... I'm about ready to get an attorney involved .
Yeah ..Thanks Windsor ... I'm hangin' in and hopiing that the new year will usher in some good luck around here ...

Well; Happy New Year to ya'll !! Yes, I'm late, as usual .. BUT I do hope everyone is well ...
I finally heard from the guy who runs that "Trust" which wants to BUY this house ... His e-mail said that IF he could not find a buyer .. That either He or another investor that he knows WILL buy this house ... I am a doubter and won't believe it until the check is in my hand !!!
I've been going to the Planet Fitness so I get worn out so much easier anymore ... BUT; I am heading into the forums for a few ..then hitting the bed . God Night !!!

Before I begin this long overdue post ... I just cannot thank all of you who continue to show your support .. SO; THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!
Friday will be here very soon and time to close this deal on this house ... BUT I have so many doubts ....
I've tried for days to call this "Trust" and the gentleman who signed the contract ... BUT to no avail .. as my calls do not get returned .......
It is begining to look like that they ONLY wanted to buy it IF they could re-sale it before our closing so they'd have their $$$$ also ... and since they won't get theirs ..I won't be getting mine either ....
I've got 95% of the house packed up and ready to go ... living on paper plates 'n cups, sandwiches, and bottled drinks etc ...
IF this place does not sell ... I am probably stuck and screwed ; BUT I will continue to attempt to get rid of it . Don't get me wrong ... it is a nice place ... I just cannot afford it on my income .....
IF anyone is interested in buying a three bedroom, two bath home in Central Florida .... go to : http://infotube.net/187688 .... I will sell this house for $179,000 and give the buyer a $2,000 Csh rebate at closing to put new carpeting in the bedrooms or whatever ..... This home must be seen to be appreciated ....

It seems like no matter what I do or how I do it ; I end up getting fu*^$d over royally ....
I sure do hope that I am not jumping to conclusions ... BUT there was NO Closing on Friday plus the SOB did not even call on the telephone ..... So; I have NO idea as to just what is going on ... here I sit with 98% of my house packed and ready to move ....
However; I do have the e-mail from him where he says that IF he does not buy the house , a "Friend" of his , who is another investor ...will .... kind of likea promise ... Now; he needs to go by his word and Buy this Damm Place ......
Doesn't look like much on tv tonight but sports and I HATE sports .... per se ....
Well ; Joe moved out oweing me over $675 in RENT .... where does it all end ???
I going to watch a movie ... maybe even get a cold beet .... God Night .

I really don't know IF I can get much more upset than I am now ...
The guy from the "trust" still has not returned my MANY calls ... Heck; I've pulled his BBB files and not one complaint ... However; I have news for him . IF he f's me over on this house deal , so help me God ..I'll file such a complaint to the BBB, local newspapers, etc ...
My house is 99 % packed and I am redy to go ... I've even found a nice home up North that would be just right for me .... 3 bedrooms, 2 car attached garage, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Family Room, Game Room, Sun Room, Full Covered Patio, and a Full Finished Basement. The yard is fenced for my dog ..and it is on a cul de sac .... price is only $119,000 BUT: Realtor says that I ccan get it for just $100,000 if I can get up there .
Ok ... Eyes giving me problems ..so I will get off now ... Thanks to David and everyone who reads and follows my plights ...

FINALLY; this guy (Frank) from the "Trust" that says they are buying my house called me ..... He says that we will most likely be "Cashing Out" within the next two weeks .
I explained to him that we are living out of suitcases and have 98% of the damm house packed and ready to move .... He apologized and said he'd try to get things done as fast as he can ... so I'm back to waiting ; but am a little more comfortable now ....
I'm thinking about trading cars again tomorrow ... I know that I'll have to trade down in value a little ; BUT I want an SUV so darn bad .... should never have traded the first one I had ... lol ...
Well .. that is about it for now ... so I'm sayin' GOOD NIGHT !!

The family who is susposse to purchase my home thru Frank came and saw it today ... They had four kids who just seemed to LOVE this house and made no bones about saying how much they loved it ...
The mother liked the big back yard with the 6' chain link fence as well as the security bars on all the windows ...
The father appeared to be excited that the AC is new and the septic was just flushed out and inspected in November of last year .... as well as the new floors ...
SO; I will await Frank to call me and say he has a contract ready to close and QUICK !!
The home that I want in Ohio is still availiable ... and I'm just praying that it is availialiable when I have my money and get up there .
Ok ..eyes are tired .. going into forums for a few and then on to bed ...

Ok ; first thanks to DpNice ... I really appreciate it ......
The family who came to look at my home really LOVED it according to the investor guy .... and they want it .
Right now; I just have to wait for a closing date .. so says the investor. He already ordered my payoff ; so it should be in his office on Monday ... from there, according to him should only be a matter of days ..like seven to ten and I'll have my check and be on the way back North to a new home with a smaller and Fixed mortgage ...
I've got a buddy who will come down and drive a u-haul with my car on a trailer behind the truck .... I'll pay for his ticket down ...
Actually; it is my friend who has been arguing off 'n on with his g/f and tells me he will "Probably" want to move in with me when i get a house up there ...
Well ..going to go ..eyes are bothering me ..although I need to go thru the forums and give a few pieces of wisdom ..lol ....
