But isn't the artist the person who took the photograph? Isn't she just the artist's model?

If Kims photos do become art I could imagine people in museums gathering to have a peak at the artwork in 100 years from now. I'm sure she would give the Moan Lisa portrait a run for its money.

If we are going to talk terminology then this would be incorrect. The "art" is the photograph; in a 100yrs you won't find her hanging in a gallery or museum, the photograph, well perhaps.

I do actually find the photograph as good as the Grace Jones photograph. Obviously it is the media hype surrounding it that poses a problem for many people.

I don't mind Jubbers disliking her it's their opinion, but I agree with the vicious remarks being too much.

She's not rude. Just because the media love to portray her as rude.doesn't make it true. She goes home to her loving family at night and I'm sure they're all happy together. She has a job and she's doing it.

If we really got picky about Hollywood I could bring up Marilyn Monroe and all the reasons as to why she wasn't the Celeb saint you all love to believe. She did her fair share of dressing provocatively, for her time.

Kim seems to be under a lot of stress from the constant media attention.It's a no wonder she gets a little snappy, it's a stressful lifestyle is Hollywood fame.
