LOL, because Mike Gravel believes he's winning! How can Kucinich drop out before Mike Gravel?
This ones for you Jack!Although I disagree vehemently with Kucinich, I also admire him tremendously. He is the rarest of politicians. He is genuine. He is a left wing loony of the highest order and he sees UFO's. He looks like a Ferengi from Star Trek, yet he has an attractive wife. He likes gay folks, and I just feel compelled to like him back on a personal level anyway. Looks like he might get knocked off in the dim primary. That would be a shame. He's a rare bird!
He was a freak, though. And not very economically intelligent. I think a bigger question is why are the major Dem candidates lacking in support of this and yet gain so much support from gays? I always felt Repubs could have easily wrestled this away from Dems, since they tend to be more strict constitutionalists. They fear the far right, true, but apparently so do Dems.
He will be missed. The Democratic Party is a bunch of idiots.
My "side" doesn't have a party, Einstein. I don't know how often this point needs to be made.
Maybe I missed it, but I did not see one post talking about how gay friendly Kucinich is. He was by far the most gay friendly of all the candidates. Huckabee is the most homophobic...he is awful towards gays.
Mitt Romney is worse towards Gays than Huckabee is.
As far as the Democratic side, I know Mike Gravel is really friendly towards the Gay Community. I think there is a You Tube Video of him at a Pride Festival, if I'm not mistaken.
