What is your opinion? Kurds are one of the people with no homeland. They fight for years to get a piece of land they will call home. Turks brutally kill and torture Kurds every day. What's your opinion?

Splitting off the Kurdish part of Iraq should have been part of the U.S. efforts there. More than once, the Kurds have been promised a homeland by international declarations; it is totally dishonorable for the U.S. to have the chance to implement that at least partially but not do so.

Hey. The fall and partition of the Ottoman Empire was disastrous.

It is how we ended up with perennial problems like the Balkan states.

I like the map of 1648.

[-X[-X[-X No hypocrisy! Not just to split it in Iraq, but in your allies Turkey! Turks brutally kill Kurds everyday! Freedom to Kurds in Turkey at first place!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kurds_in_Turkey

Most Kurds live in Turkey, where their numbers are estimated somewhere between 11,400,000[20] and 14,000,000[21] people.[22] Both figures include Zaza people as Kurds.[20] However Kurdish nationalists claim there are as many as 20 million Kurds in Turkey.[23]

Being even 12 000 000 it's a great number but 20 000 000 must get their land in Turkey independent! Just USA to be not hypocritical like with Palestinian issu and Jewish mates:rolleyes:
