first impression of the album: hmmm. it sounds a little like generic gay disco to me. maybe it just needs a few spins to grow on me.

I think she is at no.5 and no.15. on US iTunes as of now. Still very good though. Since Eminem took two places with two versions and also twilight.

It looks like she is gonna finally score another UK No.1 album though.

I downloaded it last night and definitely enjoyed it. Do I love every track? No. But there's still some great tracks there like "Get Outta My Way", "Aphrodite", and "Cupid Boy" that are definitely getting some play time on my iPod. I had to buy the album, even if I don't love every track because Kylie's music has a special spot in my heart after being introduced to it by my ex's (not an ex at the time) roomate.

ive been listening to it for a while now... its a typical kylie album, in the sense that its overall nice and enjoyable, but not great. its closer to the unapologetic cheesecake of "lightyears" and "fever", rather than the more sophisticated "body language" and "x". i prefere the latter style, but shes good at cheesecake, so its ok.
