I think there is WAY too much busyness with background dancers these days. If it was just her up there jumping around, I'd be more interested.

It seems like everyone defaults to at least eight dancers behind him or her. Distracting, really.

Michael Jackson could entertain people just dancing on stage by himself, but Janet needed like, 40 people dancing with her in order for it to look good.

I used to hate Lady Gaga ("Caca") with a passion until I heard her live piano/vocal arrangements. Then, I found out that she was always a straight-A student, has a college education in music and has producing and writing experience with Akon, Madonna,The Pussy Cat Dolls, Britney Spears, and is set to write for a lot of other artists on Interscope records after she finishes touring.


She compares herself to Madonna because both of them are self-made stars, and neither of them could find any fan base until they began doing burlesque-style shows in the Manhattan Gay Scene. "Lady Gaga" is a parody/homage to Queen (Radio Gaga), Ziggy Stardust and the crossdressers in that scene.



So basically, I give her full credit for knowing how to get in character and make everyone constantly talk about her; Even if they hate her, they're STILL checking out her videos and talking about her online. Who the fuck does that for Kelly Clarkson?
