The point is, sweety...you're an idiot if you fail to realize the ridiculousness of what you've said. Well over 90% of the artists (not only today...it's always been this way) use what it's called a "stage name".

Lady Gaga has been called that way long before she was famous...not with the "Lady" but just "Gaga" and, as it was mentioned already, it was inspired by the song "Radio Gaga" by Queen which is one of her greatest influences so there's an actual meaning behind her stage name.

Because thats beating a dead horse. Perez said the derogatory word while Lady GaGa was there. I'm sure she has already expressed herself to him especially considering that he himself is gay. I don't think she needs to use every chance she gets to share her beliefs and would rather keep her friendships in private.

There is nothing commendable or radical about going against the grain, against popularity, that is, hating Lady GaGa, just because she's popular or larger than life. She's probably the greatest performance artist, and quite conceptual too, of our generation. If you called people a sheep for liking Andy Warhol in the 80's, you would be called out a potential idiot. The same thing will happen when you call people a sheep for praising a visionary pop icon today.

No, I'm not kidding. Why would I be? I understand the issues it raises in regards to self-hatred and perpetuating homophobia or sissyphobia within our own community, but we do have an ability to use it in a way that non-queer people can't, in jest, in irony, etc.
