I think she's a very talented musician, and I like some of her piano/vocal performances, but I don't really like her dance songs, or stage image at all. Stuff like Bad Romance was quirky and has its own personality, but a lot of her new stuff is just generic gay club music.

I like two of her songs, and even those aren't great. She just strikes me as a bargain basement Madonna. So whenever I listen to Gaga it's like drinking a Diet Coke- it just makes me thirsty for Classic.
I think what she does for the community is great though. I''m actually beginning to really like her as a person. Maybe her music will grow on me.
It's awesome that not liking her is now "a fetish". lol

its true that gaga was very much, shall we say, "inspired" by roisin murphy and also alison goldfrapp. i dont hold that against gaga, though; copying each-other has always been a huge part of pop music, and especially at this point, gaga has really come into her own and proven herself to be a genuine artist. thats my opinion, anyway.
