Last concert you attended

Last night I attended Michael Buble's concert in Ft Lauderdale, Fl. He was amazing! Great performer and singer. First time seeing him.

not a concert per say, but was at Claude VonStroke's DJ gig over on U Street last night/this morning.

the man mixes and writes great dance tunes, and hell he's hot in my book.

I saw Bring Me the Horizon last month and had a really good time. Next week I'm going to see my favourite band, 30 Seconds to Mars. I can't even wait :D

col6

saw Goblin last night over at the 9:30 Club - AHmazing!! love the theme they did for Dario Argento's Tenebre

I haven't been to a gig in a few years but the last one I saw was Nightwish at the Carling Accademy in Glasgow. I wanted to see Black Sabbath but I'm skint lol.

Headliners and music only:

2013 Robin Thicke
2012 Montreal Symphony Orchestra, Alanis Morissette, Jason Mraz, Kelly Clarkson
2009 Jay Brannan, Kylie Minogue
2008 Raine Maida
2006 Our Lady Peace
2003 David Usher

So just 10 real concerts over the past 10 years, should do it more often.

I just saw Diarrhea Planet at the Rock and Roll Hotel. It was the most fun I've had at a show in a loooooooooong time

Here's a link:

last show was:

twenty one pilots/smallpools/sirah

Sirah was kinda blah...didn't really know her stuff and she didn't win me over. Smallpools were great...love their ep and they did a killer cover of The New Radicals' "You Get What You Give". twenty one pilots put on once of the best shows! I saw them for the first time this summer at the Firefly Music Festival...just high energy the whole set, flips, jumps, drumsets ON the crowd...and 2 adorable musicians=)

Madonna. She was an hour and a half late and the sound was badly distorted.

I saw an article on them in the Washington Post - I think...

what an utterly silly if not disgusting name to call a band (it's up there with Butt Trumpet)

Michael Buble. what a great concert. It was the first time I saw him in concert and he put on a terrific show. I couldn't believe the age range from young to older. I'm looking forward to seeing "Cher" again in May in Ft Lauderdale, FL. I saw her on the Farewell tour and looking forward to seeing her in concert again. She puts on a spectacular show.

KISS and Motley Crue at the Allegan county fair in Allegan, MI. September 2012. It was my 4th time seeing KISS live. But, a first for Motley Crue, which was kind of a let down, because Vince Neil could not seem to remember the words to his own songs!!, and rambled through far too many of them. Though he did well on some of their biggest hits like Girls, Girls, Girls, and Shout at the Devil. Though pretty much butchured Dr. Feelgood.

KISS on the other hand, put on another amazing show! They had these huge LED screens at the base of their set, and when they came on at night, it made their stage look 3 times bigger. I was not expecting KISS to use their pyro at the fair, but they did! It was a really great show, though a majority of the set list was been there done that. With War Machine, being the only new song added to their line-up along with a song of their Monster Album.

Other bands I have seen are Poison and Cinderella. I have actually seen Poison 5 times! They are a lot like KISS, and their fans just love them. Always a good show, and Cinderella was fricking AWESOME!! They could have kicked the first two bands off the stage, and it would have been incredible. The first too bands were Slaughter. (Sucked Ass) and Dokken.

Another Recent one, and proud to have been there! Cher and Cyndi Lauper! A really excellent show. Cher is the ultimate Diva, as far as I am concerned.

Last show was John Newman! It was his first ever US performance and it was fantastic! Probably getting tix to see him again in May!

Next up is Bastille on Monday night!
