The Strangers ( 2008 ) Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman

Very scary, unsettling film.

It starts on a strongly subdued note and evolves into fear very slowly. Excellent pacing.

It ultimately doesn't go anywhere, though, and doesn't make any sense.

A bit like a mirror version of "Funny Games" with Michael Pitt and Naomi Watts.

It sucked, another boring movie I turned off after watching for a half hour.
 
^I could never watch that, I can't stand Johnny Depp so he ends up ruining any movie he is in for me.

Terrible movie and Travolta ruins it to begin with.
 
The Hurt Locker and when it ended, I just sat and wept quietly for fifteen minutes to a half hour. Truly war is hell, and in the modern age you can be on the battlefield talking by web cam to someone back home about what is cooking for supper. It is surrealistic.
