Last TV show you watched

Rick and Morty Season 1; pretty funny and downright blunt.
Ash vs. Evil Dead Season 1; I hate the evil dead movies, I don't know what all the fuss is about those films. I have to say though, I did enjoy the new series. I'm actually looking forward to Season 2.

I have to say, I was super excited that the series was coming back. I mean I am happy that the ratings are doing well which will hopefully lead to a full series next year or so.

Anyway, having said that... the only episode that I have enjoyed so far is the third episode, the one with the were-human lizard man.

All the other episodes felt overstuffed with... other stuff. It really sucks the energy out of the main story when we are constantly reminded of Scully and Mulder's baby. Or bringing back a side character who is only there to be a veggie for a few minutes and then promptly die after having one line of dialogue.

It doesn't help too the this event series has seemingly abandoned it's many years long myth arc for a new one, thus stating that the only storyline was just a con. :0

So, I don't know if this is a result of there being only six episodes and the writers trying to jam pack too many things and or injecting surprise whammies here and there. I just hope the final two episodes are going somewhere... but I have a feeling that it all has to do with little Sculder.
 
The Magicians, meh, good looking if dull cast.
 
I just watched the first three episodes of The 100 Season Three on Amazon via Roku. I bought the whole season ahead of time so I can watch it when I want with no commercials. I bought the first two seasons as well so they stay in my Amazon Library forever....

Finally started my Little Pony Trek and watched on DVD My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, first two episodes Part One and Two of Friendship is Magic (providing the premise of the series). So sad though, it was so short, those two episodes, I only wish they somehow lasted longer.
