Accused - Robyn's Story (Fox TV)

I didnt know what the show was about until I saw a preview that said you wont know what the accused is charged with.

I watched the episode. . .

Robyn was a drag queen. He met a guy and they had booty calls. Then one day, Robyn saw Brian on the sidewalk with a woman. They dont say how, but Robyn shows up at the store where the woman works. Robyn finds out the woman is married to Brian. Robyn confronts Brian. In the next scene, Brian calls Robyn to say the wife knows about them.

What Brian didnt say was that he murdered the wife. He asks Robyn to see him. Robyn is dressed in drag and in the car, Brian tells Robyn that he killed her and she is in the trunk. He asks Robyn to help him put the body in the lake.

Fast forward to the trial where Brian and Robyn (aka Kevin) are both charged with the wife's murder. During the trial, Robyn has a 'aha moment' and asks his lawyer for 60 minutes. 60 minutes later, Robyn walks into the court room in full drag along with 2 other drag queens. He then explains "Would I wear drag if I was going to help Brian get ris of a body. Would I ruin $200 nails to bury a body? Wear $500 shoes if I knew I was going to bury a body?" As a result, Robyn is acquitted and Brian goes to jail for the murder.
 
I was going through tonight's listings and I see that Accussed is being aired onto a different channel (I live in Canada. If you live in Canada it is on channel 104 on Telus provider)
