This section is for Fetishes, Kink and Porn - A few (well meaning I'm sure) people seem to love to bomb the threads of other posters with their moralizing, judgement, and safe sex lectures. Instead of throwing cold water on someone else's thread - please feel free to do so here in this thread. Post your rant and link to the other discussion you find so objectionable.

Myself, if there is a thread about something I don't like, I usually just say nothing and move on to something more appealing. However, some cannot hold back their indignation and can't let anything go by without moralizing, lecturing, or judging others - so - I created this thread for just such rants.

Please feel free to rant here.

For those who have had discussions hijacked by the moralizers - feel free to direct them here with a link.

Agree. Sometimes I wonder if they get high on that. Perhaps it's a new fetish -> rant them and then fuck them harder.

Love your post! :)

It's too much clicking, why come here, when we can just shake our collective judgmental fingers in the original threads? Do you have a fetish for making people go through such rigmaroles? That's nasty [-X You aught to be ashamed. [-X Do you know how many diseases you could get from doing that? [-X It's un-Christian! Where are the mods when we need them! WON'T SOMEONE THINK ABOUT THE CHILDREN?!

I have no idea why people do that - they click on a thread for whatever - and then post - "Ewww" "Yuck" or "That's not safe sex" or "God will punish thee homo!"

Agree. Sometimes I wonder if they get high on that. Perhaps it's a new fetish -> rant them and then fuck them harder.

This is a great idea! But rather than limiting it to Fetishes, Kink and Porn; have it for the entire site. The moral police is alive and well in Hot Topics and other sections too.

I think it's more a case that a lot of guys' fantasies are dangerous if carried out - the problem is that it's very difficult to differentiate between posed-as-fantasy and posed-as-real-life.

Take WILDSIDE's thread, for example. It's a hot fantasy, definitely; four guys, all of whom you can fuck, however you like, and they all have suitably tragic lives that mean they're submissive enough for you to exert your dominance over them without question.

The reason people moralise, judge, and what have you, is because it's posed as REALITY. And it's one thing to say "wouldn't it be hot if?" and quite another to say "It IS hot to do."

Another example; rape. A lot of guys like to fantasize about being raped, or raping a guy. A thread in the kink forum about how a guy likes to pretend he's raping is boyfriend is a-ok - he's pretending, he has no intentions of doing it, kapiche?

But what about a guy that says that he HAS gone and raped a guy? Gosh, isn't this hot, fap-fap-fap. And we're supposed to just go along with it and say "yeah m8, totes hot."

That's why we have a fiction section, I would have thought. To pose the fantasy as reality, without risk of someone genuinely thinking it's real.

It all reminds me of guys who condemn homosexuality, then later come out as gay. If you've clicked on the link, it's for a reason. Diss the things you've suppressed. Sounds gross? Don't click on it.

Oh please, spare me your righteous indignation.

Yes, I agree in some ways that people do heatseek threads prepping to be harshly critical and downright inflammatory - not talking about them. Those are the types of people that go into the scat threads, see it's about scat, and then complain that it's about scat - no saving those morons.

But. Earlier there was a thread that was about rape - now, fantasy or not(by which I mean, it's the internet, and sometimes you take things that are said with a grain of salt), his "story" was wrongheaded and I commented on it - it was, to say the least, disturbing as all hell. Threads like that should go(and it seems, it did), as it's a poor reflection on him(in his case, something that could probably help a future prosecution), and the act itself is worse than the fantasy of it.

I'm not "the morality police" for seeing that a line has been crossed, like when members in this section write about being abused by their fathers/uncles/etc and other members comment "that's SOOOO hot!"... the fantasy of pedophilia(and before someone jumps, I know the difference between two adults engaging in a "father/son" relationship, and a minor and an adult) is something the site is trying NOT to be associated with, and some people in those threads really, REALLY try to force themselves over the line.

I'm so sick of you adults asking for opinions on things you like with the unwritten code that it only be in the affirmative; it's moronic. Borderline censorship. I've got things I like that some things people won't get(armpits, for instance), and some things I just do not like(grown men modeling diapers). I figure as long as i'm respectable about it, you don't have the right to tell me I can't post in that thread. If you can't take that my opinion isn't overt praise... that's not a problem I can help you with.

End sermon.

I wholeheartedly agree with Mouf...

There is a line. If you are talking about a fantasy ... great... I have no issue with fantasy.. It's healthy.

However, when you talk about actual crimes you have committed in the name of a fetish, you have crossed the line.

A fantasy of a gang bang involving the entire football team from your high school? = Hot and fun and healthy.

Drugging your "friends" in order for you to have get into their pants and then bragging about it as a "fetish" = absolutely wrong on so many accounts.

And people who do that deserve to be called out on it.

And at what point is the "safe-word" given?

After the ball gag has been forced into your mouth, and you've decided that you don't like it?

We've been down this road before here in this FORUM!

The following are posting Guidelines for the Fetish, Kink, and other Porn Forum. They are in addition to the main Code of Conduct.
  • Negative or judgemental comments about a Fetish or Kink that’s being shared or posted here will result in your being Banned from posting in this forum for a minimum of 7-Days, up to and including a permanent Ban.
  • Comments regarded as 'trolling' or baiting will be removed without discussion and will also result in a minimum 7-day forum ban.
Whilst most topics are very straight forward, there are some that require more thought in order to avoid moderator action. We aren't saying these topics can't be discussed, but we would advise that they are presented as a fantasy rather than an actual event due to the legal implications of their nature.

When creating a topic thread for discussion ask yourself the following:

Is it Legal, is it Consensual, and is it Safe?

For example:
Legal:
  • In many US states and other countries it is illegal to knowingly transmit the HIV virus from one person to another.
  • Incest is considered illegal in most all civilized countries, and is considered by most to be taboo.
  • Taking something from someone to fulfill a Fetish is theft. ie sweaty jockstrap etc.
  • Forced sex/Rape is illegal.
  • Having sexual relations with someone while they are asleep, intoxicated, passed out, or incapable of giving their consent is also considered RAPE.
  • Torture/Abuse against someone's will is considered assault.
Again, we strongly recommend that any threads dealing with the above topics should be discussed as a fantasy scenario - and not an actual event. As per the Code of Conduct, no mention of any characters, real or ficticious, that are under 18 will be permitted.

LEGAL NOTICE:
JUB is an open forum. If you post about an actual crime you have committed, you are posting a written confession that can be used against you. While JUB will not try and sort out what is fantasy and what is a confession of a real crime, we strongly urge our posters not to write about actual crimes they have been stupid enough to commit. JUB complies with valid requests from law enforcement agencies investigating crime.

Consensual:
  • Rape is generally non-consensual and illegal.
  • Having sexual relations with someone while they are asleep, intoxicated, passed out, or incapable of giving their consent is also considered RAPE.
  • Taking something from someone without their consent is theft and NOT consensual.
Safe:
  • We welcome any discussion if there’s a question about the safety, or concerns that a member might have about engaging in various types of Fetish; BDSM, S&M, the use of sex-toys, hygiene or “safe-sex” practices.
  • Whilst we are prepared to accept barebacking as a Fetish, we do not condone indiscriminate or irresponsible barebacking practices. We have no issue with it being sensibly discussed or in a fantasy scenario.
  • We do not consider 'Gifting/Bug Chasing' to be a Fetish or Kink. Any discussion about this should be in the Hot Topics or Health & Wellbeing forums.
  • If you have any Health/Safety issues raised by the content of some of the thread topics created, then create your own thread for your OWN discussion rather than 'hijack' someone else's thread (because it's viewed as an unwanted disruption).
At that point the same rules for this forum will apply in your thread, but not as a comment in another member's thread.
This is an Adult Forum where mature subject matter is being discussed, the Mod Team expects everyone who posts here to be responsible and to act accordingly.

So keep it Legal, keep it Consensual, Be Safe, and Have Fun Posting!

TWENTY-TWO Volunteer Moderators, Staff, Administrators, the JUB Owners and their Legal Counsel discussed over the course of nearly FOUR MONTHS back here how best to address some of the issues that might arise in a discussion here in this Forum and how best we could address some of the issues and topics that might come up here.

What is presented in his post, and HAS BEEN POSTED AS A STICKY in this Forum since

And yet some members still insist on posting in this forum and "getting all ignorant" about that. :grrr:

So let me ONCE AGAIN, spell it out for some of you:

There are over TWENTY SUB-FORUMS for members to post in here on JUB:
  1. Hot Topics
  2. Male Celebrity News and Gossip
  3. Gay Porn and Hot Guys
  4. Bears, Daddies, Chasers, etc.
  5. Amateur Showcase - Show Yourself Off
  6. Gay Stories
  7. Straight and Bisexual Guys
  8. Gay Fetish, Kink, and Other Porn
  9. Entertainment
  10. Current Events and Politics
  11. Fun & Games & Threads that Just Won't Die
  12. Tech Talk
  13. Coming Out, Relationships, & Bisex Talk
  14. Health & Wellbeing
  15. Religion, Spirituality & Philosophy
  16. Sports
  17. Make Friends - Introductions and Connections
  18. JUB Regional Gatherings
  19. JUB Supporters Club
  20. Garden of Memories (Closed for Posting but Open for Viewing)
  21. Site Help, Feed Back & Bug Reports
  22. Ask the Moderators (A forum where members can address the Moderators directly, but not open for general view of all members)
Each and everyone of those forums has a preset list of criteria, and an expectation that the owners, and moderators expect members to meet when posting in those forums.

Followed by the Forum Guidelines, the Code of Conduct, and the Terms of Service or any number of provisions, content, intent, spirit, and or theme for each of those forums.

IF A MEMBER FEELS THAT THEY'RE NOT ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE IN ANY OF THOSE FORUMS AS OUTLINED THEN THEY SHOULD REFRAIN FROM POSTING IN THOSE FORUMS, OR JUB AS A WHOLE.

I honestly DO NOT KNOW how we can make participating here anymore simple, or easy.

The Moderators DO NOT GO OUT OF OUR WAY to punish, infract, or intentionally limit how members participate here beyond what's already been outlined.

But for some reason SOME members think that they have to go BEYOND what we've already set forth and prescribed throughout the whole of JUB and set additional criteria on some of the topics and members discussed in the Fetish Forum.

I can assure those members that regardless of their standing within the JUB Community, and how much they're opinion/contribution is valued in other sub-forums here, we have no reservations in restricting their participation in THIS sub-forum, especially when we feel that we've done everything that we can to accommodate the wishes of those who want to post by the rules here.

If those members continue to show an unwillingness to comply, then the volunteer Moderators/Admin will force their compliance up to and including the termination of their account and participation here on JUB.

Please continue this discussion, as this thread fully complies with the Guidelines set forth in this Forum. ..|

I'll also point out that the 'Posting Guidelines' thread was, and still is, a discussion thread.

We didn't simply say 'these are the rules', we said 'these are the proposed rules, what do you guys think'. Various comments were made and the guidelines were adjusted to take into account those comments.

If you have issues, post them in THAT thread or in the Ask The Moderators forum.

Defacing someone else's thread with judgemental comments simply because you have an inability to stay within the posting guidelines is the fastest way to get a 7day ban from this forum.
