We haven't done this for a couple of years...

So lets do it THIS YEAR!!! ..|

These are the EASIEST of JUB EVENTS to ATTEND -- because ALL YOU NEED TO DO is SHOW UP on time OR late -- leave when you want -- and HAVE FUN!!! (!)

Thundercizzle -- in another thread -- has offered FREE SWAG!!! And Sha has invited us to visit their booth where he will be with some of the performers on Broke Straight Boys -- that is, until they kick us out... :badgrin:

The last JUB Atlanta Pride opinterph and I went to was AWESOME!!!

We all met around 11AMish -- toured the booths -- went and had lunch -- came back and bought the stuff that had intrigued us earlier (and I BELIEVE Gdude might have had a little fun behind the leather booth with Big Leather Daddy :lol:) -- then we went to one of the local watering holes and just generally had a GREAT TIME!!! ..|

It worked so WELL, that I would suggest the same kind of loose itinerary for THIS year...

Anyone Interested???

If so -- please post -- and as the weekend draws nearer -- I'll PM each of you so that we have contact info to make sure that we can all find each other...

This sounds like an awesome idea!

I promised myself that this year, after not going to pride for the past 2 years, that I will go to Pride... no matter what! It's over the weekend, so that shouldn't be a problem for me. So, count me in.

Ugh, that brings back bad memories! The good news is that I have learned from that mistake. Mixing drinks and not knowing your limit = bad results. #-o

I should be able to make it, last year was my first time going and it was fun. :)
 
I took off for the 8th, for pride - it'll be my first time going alone, so eh, why not?

Hopefully I dye my shirt by then.

I would think it's still on. Worst case: I'll send swerve a PM late tonight about the meet on Saturday.

Friday night at the jungle. Well, I just checked out their website for details. I guess I will go. Not sure about anything, yet. I haven't been to Jungle in ages!
 
Y'all have fun at the Jungle - i've already got plans for that night and I may go with some of my friends and check out Mary's.

If the Saturday event is still a go, I'll try to be there bright and early. I still need to dye and deconstruct my shirt though - i'll probably just deconstruct it. :)

Unfortunately, my work finds me in Montana this weekend by a big mistake on MY part... ](*,)

Basically -- all that is required of a coordinator (what I had planned to do) was PM everyone and give them my cell phone number and get y'alls number -- also --find out an estimated time of arrival so that when you got there -- you could find us... ..|

In my absence -- will any of you feel comfortable filling that role???

I'm really sorry about my scheduling screw up and am SURE that all of you are going to have a BLAST!!! (!)

Ok the current plan is to meet around 1pm tomorrow at the park.

I was thinking that we could meet somewhere on 10th street by one of the entrances.

if anyone else wants to come that I haven't contacted, PM me and I'll give you my number so we can connect there. :)
