I’ve done this a few times now – but only in the same (MMFF) Foursome.

It is a bit difficult finding a comfortable position – also I’d think be very hard to do standing up unless both guys have got very long cocks.

I’d also think most STR8 guys wouldn’t like doing it – you can feel the other guy – which is what makes it so hot if you like other guys.
