Exactly! Some things that are taboo just aren't allowed on JUB.. you will notice that Walmart refuses to sell Madonna's EROTICA album in their store nor online. Everything taboo or against the rules of society must be edited for walmart shoppers. I had to edit it SO much so that the Parental Advisory content would be taken away.

and it pisses me off because people discuss other illegal things on here like underage drinking.... (JUB users 18-21) smoking weed.. doing other drugs.... talking about the JOYS of drugs or drinking which can be seen as ENCOURAGING others to break the LAW doing things that are ILLEGAL. People also talk about burning cds/dvds and breaking copyright laws which is ILLEGAL but those threads/topics never get deleted.
 
I have never burned a dvd/cd ever, I also have never drank underage or did illegal drugs or encouraged anyone else to do so

Ah, but this is a GAY website and the posting of pictures of person under 18 is forbidden on here. It isn't really about the law. Its about the site getting the label of pedophile hangout. Do you really want to risk the site being shut down just because you want to post ua pictures?

Talking about drinking is nothing different than a simple advertisement for beer (I'm not condoning alcohol consumption, nor allowing those under 21 to drink it. I'm just putting things in perspective)

No but talking about underage drinking and drugs puts the negative label that this gay community is full of low self esteem and early drinking. It's the same with religious people and the Bible.. they pick what they wanna find a sin and ignore other shit that's written in it.

And the only thing I said was I enjoyed being a YOUNGER BOY and getting with older men. That wasn't breaking the law. I didn't talk about anyone breaking the law. Now the older men getting with me.. that's on THEM. I didn't make them break the law. I was talking about what I did. I always liked authority figures and men who I could bond with since I was very young and it turned me on. So what. I didn't encourage older men to touch boys. I've never been turned on by the thought of myself touching a minor. If others want to I don't care what they do but its surely not my thing. As for on JUB all I did was I encouraged people to remember the good times they had when they were young and getting with older men. That's not illegal.

And as I post THIS some mods are wanting to delete it or lock this thread because I am not allowed to express my opinion.
 
As I said, it wasn't about the law. It was about violations of the Code of Conduct. Please read that agian, you agreed to abide by it when you activated your account. We all did.

You keep confusing against JUB's code of conduct with against the law. There is a difference, there are many things that are against the law to do, but are not against the CoC due to the Freedom of speech. There are things that are forbidden in JUB's CoC that are not specifically against the law.

What do you not understand about that?

The fact is that you are playing in someone else's sandbox, and they allow you to play here as long as you follow the rules. You piss in the sand (i.e. break the rules by talking about underage sex) and they toss your ass out of the playground.
