I am sorry that Lindsay is destroying herself but jail may be a good thing. As mentioned before many of these celebrities feel rules of society don't apply to them. Apparently this judge is showing her that they do.

and then when she can't or won't pay the fine it's back to square one. it's been stated she's flat broke, fining her would be a joke. i say send her to that jail in arizona where they serve their entire sentence, sleep outside in tents, and work on a chain gang.

so back to my question: what do they do if she's fined and she won't pay? that scenario could go on and on forever.....LL doesn't pay, the court gives her a little longer.....LL doesn't pay, the court gives her a little longer.....and so on and so on.

i still say that jail in arizona is the best place for her!

The guy is a wierdo, they ask him if he thought what she has done with her court prob's and he said he did not know that she had done any of the things she has done in the last 3/4 yrs, dui,chase,drugs,drinking, falling down drunk, passed out.

He said I did not know she was like that.

Dude should get his facts straight first.

guys, he isnt serious. this guy is from one of my local radio stations which calls itself "free beer and hot wings" check out their website they are easy to find on yahoo search, they have pictures up on their site about it. it was all a big thing for laughs they went with a guy they call "Bear" who they met through youtube or some shit because of a video he posted. its really actually funny. and by the way, hes NOT GAY

mmm..that explains why he wears those shorts weirdly. Lol...maybe they are trying to use the event as a publicity stunt...it worked though. Maybe he should show more next time for much hotter shots :)
