Neither can act (with the exception of Lindsay in Mean Girls). Both can barely sing.

Hilary is prettier and doesn't act like trash in public. My vote goes to her.

Im absolutley obsessed with Lindsay, she's my favorite celebrity, singer and actress and I've actually gotten into an arguement with a stranger over her calling her a slut, lol. So needless to say I love her! I think people expect WAAAY to much from her, she's only 20! Ppl should mind their business and give her some room to breathe, society is so judgemental of what women do vs what guys do. Lindsay needs to live and grow, we've all had our phases. I think as a singer she's gotten an original tone and style compared to others out right now, she's an AWESOOOOME actress and absolutley flawlessly beautiful and yeah, I can go on and on and on. I love her. But there's always room for improvment

I like Hil too but she's not a fraction of what Lindsay is.

I find Hilary's cutesy/perky wallflower kind of thing, at its worst in films like "A Cinderella Story" and "Raise Your Voice", to be kind of cloying and tiring pretty quickly. Her music's never been my thing either. But a bit like taylor, I'm a Lohan fan and think stuff like "Mean Girls" and "Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen" were a lot of fun and demonstrated her range well, and the otherwise poor-to-average "Just My Luck" was redeemed somewhat by some of her comedic timing skills which I think will sharpen even more over time.

I cant pick one over the other as a whole. I LOVE both of their music. Some of Lindsays movies are good, Mean Girls is my fave movie ever. I love almost all of Hilarys movies.

I think they are both good. I actually think Hilary is the better singer. Hilary has had tremendous success with her albums. Lindsay first album did sell over 1 million copies the second one didn't do as well. But in terms of acting Lindsay is definitely the superior actress.

Up until last year I would have said Lindsay all the way..loved Freaky Friday, Mean Girls and her album Speak! But lately she has been acting like a drunk retarded hoe so I choose Hilary! Everyone copys someone in someway or another, it just so happens that Hillary can do it whilst looking amazing and raking in the cash. Prefer Hillary's films/music. Lindsay is just, eugh... yeah.

IN terms of public image and persona...Hilary cos she actually IS the nice girl next door and doesn't attract public attention by partying like a maniac or taking drugs or going out & about pantyless.

On the other hand, this poor girl has NO talent whatsoever. She can barely act and she really can't sing. C'mon you guys...even in her cds, where her voice has been digitally processed, enhanced and otherwise tampered with, she still sounds like a 3-year old. And she never sings live, EVER ! So it's obvious she can't sing at all...Her songs are not bad (personally, I love "Fly" and "Come Clean"), but her VOICE is non-existent.

Lindsay HOhan may be an attention whore and generally a poster girl for what can happen to young people who get too much money and fame too soon, but she is genuinely talented. She is a great actress and has a good voice too. Her songs aren't that good, but her voice is actually.

So...if u meant who's more talented, my vote goes to Linday. Hilary Duff doesn't deserve her huge career and fortune, if you ask me. She's nice, but you should have a career because you're actually TALENTED, not because you're NICE !!

I like Hilary Duff but I LOVE Lindsay Lohan. I think she's a great actress and a good singer. I agree with taylor people need to cut Lindsay some slack and Hilary is nowhere near the level of talent that Lindsay has. I wish Lindsay had an audience for her music because if she did I know she could/would sell more records than Hilary Duff does with her disney channel fanbase. I can't wait to see Georgia Rule and I hope the rumors about Lindsay releasing a new album this year are true because I really liked her first two albums. I also reccommend that anyone who likes Hilary Duff or dance pop buy Hilary's new album Dignity when it comes out on April 3rd. I've got an early copy of her album as well and I absolutely love it. All the cutesy Disney-esque songs are gone. I don't think theres a single track I dislike.
