^The “Rope Burn” striptease from the Velvet Rope Tour was better.

Mariah’s “Butterfly” performance on Letterman was great, but I like the SNL performance even more.

^Thanks for that vid. I knew Carrie Ann Inaba was Madonna’s backup dancer at one point, but this is the first time I’m seeing it. Interesting haircut.

Your welcome. Yeah, before I saw it, I had wondered what dancing Carrie Ann had done. I wonder about Len too but I doubt he is in a George Michael video somewhere.

Young Joni:

And older Joni:
I love to how life mellows a person.

Also, The Buggles:

And 25 years later:

Last night I went to a performance by Verb Ballet, a small local ballet company of 9 dancers. The first half of the program was really modern dance and the second half was more like ballet. I enjoyed the show. There were 4 young guys in the troop and 3 of them were pretty hot.

I just saw the North Coast Men's Chorus. I always feel peace and joy at their shows.

I saw BalletX on Saturday night. It is a group of 5 guys and 5 women from Philadelphia and was really modern dance and I enjoyed it.

Just remembered this hypnotic live performance by the Swedish electro duo The Knife from 2010

Performed in a small venue, but the performance is so atmospheric
