Liverpool Gay Pride

So, today it's Liverpool gay pride. YAY!

In an hour or so, I am heading into town with my boyfriend and my extremely accepting and gay friendly amigos from uni and work. The festival has only been in Liverpool officially for 3 years but last year was a huge success bringing all communities of the city together to remind them of the disgusting murder of gay teenager Michael Causer.

Just thought I'd post this to show how much this city has changed in recent years.

Anyway, it was an absolutely brilliant day!! And the streets were completely packed!!!!

By the way, the pictures are of Stanley Street (gay street) just after the march and when the stages were getting set up. And the other is my beautiful fag hag. I love her so.
