does anybody have logo?

i used to watch it alot when i first got it, but it seems like maybe there isn't enough gay programming to keep a 24-7 channel going without it getting really repetetive....

i also wonder how many cities in north america actually carry it...

do you have it?

what do you think of it?

I have it as part of my satellite package from DIRECTV. I agree with you that their programming is repetitive, but I watch a lot of the shows at least the first time around, just because I like to see gays on TV. My fave show is definitely NOAH'S ARC--very hot guys on that show, and a good storyline, too!

I have it on cable, and have never looked a a complete program on it, It is too gay for me, sorry.

I have LOGO part of my time warner plan. i gotta agree with booty NOAH's ARK is a really good show...i watch transgeneration as well.

Noah's ark is fun, i have to admit

in spite of some of the bad acting, its just fun to watch a gay sitcom

we usually have to make do with a side character or will and grace when it comes to sitcoms

I get that channel. Very repitiive it is, but it is the only gay programming available here.
I've been watching the reruns of Queer as Folk. That series originally was on ShowTime. LOGO though sees fit to cut out the cursing. Don't know why they do so but that's what they do.

LOGO is better than the SHITTY 'OUT TV' channel we have her ein Canada

Hey cutie

Ive actually never seen that channel to compare

i wonder what the difference is

In NYC. I love Logo. When I watch it I feel like I'm in highschool discovering there are other gays in the world. Also a big fan of Noah's Arc. And sometimes I want to kiss Jason Bellini.

Basic Cable when I'm in Dallas. Nothing "Gay" about much of anything.

However, my Sister has Direct TV out in rural Texas, and I'm able to watch Logo TV when I'm over at her place.

As "cable" channels go, it's pretty lame. Repeats of old "gay" movies where the characters are either AIDS victims, friends of AIDS victims, or some of that "other" made for TV crap that was being aired back in the late 80's for either ratings or shock value.

~But~

There is a perspective that's being presented about the GLBT community that wasn't being represented before, and the fact that kids in rural America have access to it, often times without their parents being aware of it, is a bonus!

For that reason alone I support Logo TV.

We have LOGO. I'll watch it once in a while... Usually if they have some sort of interesting piece on gay history or politics.

It's actually NOT available through bright house here in Orlando, or Tampa. My boyfriend and his company are trying to change that, which I am very excited about, because for PRIDE this weekend they're all doing a huge deal, and hoping to draw bright house to pick it up, and hopefully LOGO will pick him up too.

I get it through Time Warner Cable s well. I love Noah's Arc and watch the QAF reruns; eventhough I dont like their editing of the show.

I don't watch it very often. At the same time, it's nice to know that if I want to watch "Lonely Hearts Club," it will be there waiting for me.

It was really great when it first started but now it seems like its the same thing every day I hear alot of people say they like Noah's Arc but its so stereotypical who actually acts like that Atleast they play Queer as Folk and some good movies I guess :D

It's nice that it is there, but I get really frustrated about the way things get edited. No, make that butchered. I know it's part of a basic cable package, but they seem to get carried away. I watched "Beautiful Thing" the other night and I was shocked at how they chopped the movie up. I have the DVD and there is nothing in there that required editing except maybe a little bit of the language.

I just wonder why they do stuff like this. If F/X can get away with stripping Julian McMahon every week, why does Logo behave like they are programming for right wing conservatives? It's like gay TV for straight people. I also think that they try so hard to accomodate all segments of the LGBT community but end up being so diverse that the programming has no real focus. They try too hard to be all things to all people and it just doesn't work.

In short, the channel is a nice idea that has been pretty poorly executed.

Los Angeles, CA, Cable television.

I watch Logo frequently. I enjoy listening to the videos, watching the short films, the travel show, and I have seen a lot of movies that I have not seen before. I still want to see Water, which I know that have been showing. They do repeat a lot but I just don't watch the the things that I have seen before. I don't watch that much television so I don't care if they repeat stuff.

It's only available as a premium channel, here, so I don't have it. I do see what's playing on LOGO when I'm flipping through the guide, though and I'd probably watch it ocassionally if I did have it.
