I was listening to SIRIUS radio today and a site that chooses the American Idol cast off each week (with over a 76% accuracy) says that Richardson is gone.

Good news. He was the weakest and least original of the remaining few (bad Timberlake impersonator). He had a penchant for singing nasally too.

Good bye. Good riddance.
 
Aw. From what I saw when I watched the Sanjaya episodes (The only reason I've EVER watched American Idol, by the way), he was the only semi-attractive one on there. Too bad.

They are using the combined votes from last with with this week's votes. Jordin knocked it out of the ballpark last week and prolly is safe.

I was all set for LaKisha and Chris to go, until LaKisha belted out that Bon Jovi number tonight. She was the best tonight. I think it will be one girl and 1 boy going home. LaKisha could still be vulnerable, because they had 70 million votes last week and she wasn't the best.

Blake could even be vulnerable. His Imagine last week was sort of plain and understated. He's my fave, tho.

I think Melinda is the only one absolutely safe.
 
I think it will be Jordon and Chris.

But He was very good tonight. Its just getting down to crunch time. Althought all are great>

My running order goes like this.

Winner: Melinda
2. Blake

5.Chris

Is Blake the pretty blond boy?... I never watch the show at all, but I saw a clip of him singing and it was just hilariously horrifying, at least the Chris guy does a good JT.
 
The site Lostlover is talking about is probably Dial Idol. It's often pretty accurate, and it has Chris and Lakisha having the lowest votes, but the differences in scores between them and Melinda and Phil are such that even those two might not be safe.

Jordin is tracking to be safe at #1 this week, with Blake in second place. The site lets you download software that uses your internet connection/home phone to call for your favorite Idol. It continues to call, taking note of how long it takes to get through. If it has trouble doing so because the line is consistently busy, then it ranks the singers in order of how easy it was for callers to get through to vote. This does not take into account text votes, but those are assumed to track about the same as calls.

Blake is cute, he has it safe this week I'm sure. I think Phil and Chris should go but it will probably be Chris and Jordin.
 
I don't think Chris, Jordin or Blake are going anywhere...it will probably be Phil and Lakeshia going home. Lakeshia did really bad last week and Phil has never had a huge fan base having been the King of the Bottom 3 this season...course who really knows...I could be dead wrong...

Dialidol is wildly unpredictable. The week Sanjaya left Ryan called out the names in the exact order dialidol predicted. Other times they've been completely off. Their margin of error is high and most importantly they don't count text votes, which I suspect a lot of Chris, Blake and Jordin fans cast. And BTW, votefortheworst is now supporting Phil, and he's pretty high up on dialidol tonight, but that may mean nothing.

Before Randy or even Paula,could someone give Ryan a clue?For the second straight week,he stated clearly and inaccurately that the Idols will each have two numbers to sing.Though I do give him credit with Gina being in the audience during rock week(Coincidence,I think not) when he went up to her and said that this being rock week must have been killing her...typical Idol snarkiness delivered with a smile,but it did work.

I love Chris,for the second straight week he was good(probably better than last week)....but four were better,and Jordin's tortured performance(She killed on the low notes,and not in a good way) was clearly the only bad one.But voting with my head,and not my heart(Damn it is almost impossible to resist those gorgeous blue eyes,southern charm,buff bod..but I digress)he and Jordin are in the most jeopardy tonight,and if he went he had a good run ,but left at the right time in the competition for his talents,good but like Justin musical range limited.Last week's votes playing a significant part,I see only Melinda as absolutely safe,however.

Most impressed by Lakisha,back sounding strong and confident as ever.....Blake,who's risky,adventurous "You Give Love A Bad Name",complete with beatboxing interludes,completely rocked,and he really can bring it vocally,back from last week's lackluster "Imagine"...Melinda,not really comfortable in the rock zone but her R&B,Tina Turner inflected version really wowed me,she gives a real masterful effort,and I loved it.
 
Jordan is going to be safe BECAUSE she sucked... I gaurantee last night all her fans were like OMG she SUCKED I need to call a million times... and then they did.

I like Lakisha a lot but I hate to say I think her time is up tonight. Chris or Phil will probably join her. I like Blake too but as far as straight out singing, Melinda is in a class of her own. She can sing anything. She is awesome!

That's completely true. He's much more marketable than them. They'll go the way of Fantasia and Reuben. Just because you can sing doesn't actually mean you can make it in the music world. Mediocre talent can get you just as far if you're charismatic, original or at least "hip", and attractive. Boy'll have plenty of light meaningless club songs to make but the silly and unnecessary ballads they write for the winners seldom go anywhere. I mean even Kelly Clarkson, who I love, was dead in the water at first because of the post-marketing genius of idol (From Justin to Kelly anyone?) lucky the girl started doing her own stuff. I'm telling you Blake's gonna be popping up at lot more frequently after the show than whoever wins because he's got his niche.
 
Phil and Chris are gone.
I'm gonna miss Chris...he's a cutie and I enjoyed looking at him...a lot! ;)
