Yes, me like. This was a good popcorn episode.
When Ben shot Caesar, it made me laugh. Not because it's funny seeing someone get killed, but because it was Ben doing what he does best (being someone you love to hate).
"Dead is dead" uttered by Ben ended up not being anything really significant though. It was just a sarcastic response to Sun who was questioning if he was sure he had killed Locke. He was just as shocked to see Locke alive.
One theory I am considering now is that Christian Shephard, Alex, and now a "revived" John Locke are actually forms of the smoke monster. It would explain why Locke disappeared while Ben was being judged.
