lots of small spots

I have got lots of small white spots around both sides of my penis. Wondering if anyone has any ideas what they might be. May post a picture in a bit.

I have seen it on quite some guys and don't know what causes it. I have never known a guy getting worry about it.

Well I would get checked for STD's but it could be nothing. Check with your GP if in doubt. Does it hurt?

No pain and I don't think STD cause they have been there since I was about 14.

Never believe the internet. Go and see a doctor if you feel it's really necessary, but at first sight - only at first sight - I wonder whether you have to worry. I Have seen lots of guys never worrying about marked white spots on the glans.

Sorry to be here again with a stupid link, but don't get worried. They are quite common.

I have sucked myself guys with quite some white spots on their glans without getting an STD. Six-monthly controls.

A lot of guys have them. If they have always been there then don't worry. If they are new then you get to flash your doctor.

I have personally "examined" thousands of penises in my day and do not recall ever seeing one that didn't have lots of small spots on the sides. Unless they hurt or itch or suddenly just appeared, it sounds like your penis is perfectly wonderful.

Could be eczema. I have it and the medication they gave me for it works very very well. Wasn't just on my cock either. I had white dry flaky skin on my left elbow and on the skin of my wrists.

Just go see a doc and don't be afraid of a second opinion.

I've heard them called pearly penile paupules, though I'm sure that's not the medical term for them. I have them as well; I've had them since I was quite young. They're nothing to worry about.

pearly penile papules are only around the glans, on the "edge" of it.
