I recently watched some of the clips off of youtube that led to this and have to say they are handling the story well. The kiss was great.;)
 
Yeah, I just happened to turn over to ATWT when Passions went on commercial and saw the kiss
 
08/20 is the conclusion of the kiss maybe it will be a bit longer.

Nope, Passions had done that with Chad and Vincent, and there were probably others in soaps long passed, but didn't have a significant story behind them, but were there for shock value. Luke's facial expressions when Noah first kissed him put a smile on my face. I don't see the kiss as weak? Considering Noah is confused, I don't expect a full make-out session in the middle of the workplace. It was sweet and tender, and I'm sure it puts hope into plenty of people, such as myself, who can't see themselves with anyone for years to come. !oops!:gogirl:

No, you are not wrong, and yes, this was the first time two males. Chad and Vincent never kissed, and that's why you won't find anything about this alleged "kiss" between them on YouTube the way you'll find 8 billion vids between all the scenes of Luke coming out before Noah came into the picture, and then the ones when Noah arrived in Oakdale, and a billion of those will be of the Luke in various degrees of graininess.

Speaking of what else you'll find on YouTube, I'd like to show you guys this, that a thoughtful YouTuber remembered to post a day before they aired the *first* male same-sex kiss on American daytime TV. Keep in mind, that this happened 17 years before Friday's scene. Even GLAAD mentioned this scene in the press release commending ATWT, CBS (who finally scooped ABC in the GLBT department, for once), and the actors.
