Nobody deserves this, and there's probably a lot more to this story, but when I see threads in which people victoriously brag about blowing their passed-out, straight "friends", I wonder how they would feel if somebody fucked their younger <insert relative> under the same circumstances.

Non-consensual sexual contact is sexual assault and it is a crime - not to mention a massive violation. I get annoyed with people who excuse it.

Murder is also a crime. There's no excusing that either.

Unfortunately we'll never know if the first occurred,it's also unfortunate that decades of hate crimes justified by gay panic put doubts in my head every time a tragedy like this happens.

Um his motive is pretty clear, he didn't like the advances, dent in car, and he beat him to death. An action made another. People need to learn to keep their hands to themselves.

Accidental death from extenuating circumstances is my final decision...

The guy even called 911 for medical assistance...

Unfortunately, we have no objective means of verifying whether a dead person learned anything from the experience.

I would convict on manslaughter, but I'd talk the other jurors into recommending to the judge probation and time served.
