It is illegal in Michigan.

I know a lawyer who had a case where a wife caught her husband fucking a pig. He was arrested and taken to jail. She sent the pig to be butchered. The charges were dismissed; no pig, no evidence.
 
Some guys can do it somehow. I don't know how. But obviously this guy couldn't. ::shrug::

A man has pleaded guilty to trespassing in connection with a fatal horse-sex case.

James Michael Tait, 54, of Enumclaw, was accused of entering a barn without the owner's permission. Tait admitted to officers that he entered a neighboring barn last July with friend Kenneth Pinyan to have sex with a horse, charging papers said. Tait was videotaping the episode when Pinyan suffered internal injuries that led to his death.

Tait pleaded guilty Tuesday and was given a one-year suspended sentence, a $300 fine, and ordered to perform eight hours of community service and have no contact with the neighbors.
 
Maybe television producers should be taken to task for boring-crap that leaves these people no alternative. Just kidding. Mostly.

There was a GIF going the rounds of the deed being done. You can see the moment the damage was done, and on some versions you can hear the guy saying "that's not good" Relax tho guys, the wisdom of the state legislature passed legislation that will prevent this sort of thing--well, make it illegal anyway.
 
On the other hand, I forgot the recent situation which seems to indicate that making it illegal doesn't totally stop it. seems there was a guy in the Lacey area who was found by his wife to be engaging in intimate realtions with the family pit bull. Whatever happened to the concept "Whatever happens between consenting adults behind closed doors is no else's business"?
I not only can't accept, but strongly condemn sex with children, animals and the mentally challenged of any age. They are to be protected from predators.
We recently had a case of a dog having to be euthanized because the owner beat, burned and sodomized the dog repeatedly.
I don't care if the villagers accuse me of puritanism, those things are just morally wrong to anyone with a sense of decency.
