Can anyone suggest any exercises I can do to get rid of my man tits, other than weights and running?

Overall fat loss, healthy nutrition and chest exercises with weights to increase the size of your chest muscles and stretch the skin above them.

That pretty much boils down to running and training with weights as you seem to know already. So what are you looking for with your question?

In addition to exercising you need to watch what you eat. I used to have man boobs, but at the begining of this year I started doing a lot of exercising and watching what I ate. My man boobs significantly shrunk down and pretty quickly.

If you find that watching what you eat and exercising isn't working you may want to talk to a doctor about it. You may have gynecomastia or something else.

What is you alcohol consumption like? There is a direct link between alcohol and man boobs and belly development, an important factor that a lot of guys ignore.

well it depends on whether it's genuine man boobs or the result of being fat. Some people who are only slightly overweight like weighing 180 and being average height, may have the manboobs of a guy who weighs 220lbs. If it's just the fact that you're large then the answer is weight loss and a lot of it. If you get down to your exact ideal BMI then they should disappear.

Agreed..overall fat loss. Have a body fat composition test done....if you're not heavy, have your hormone levels checked. Should be part of your annual physical anyway
