Man tits are frequently the real deal: secretory 'ductal' breast tissue. Men have the cellular ingrediants to lactate, and will given the right hormonal stumili. In particular, fat tissue converts testosterone to estrogens, and breast ducts mature under the influence of elevated estrogen levels. It is not surprising that the 1% (and rising) incidence of male breast cancer is seen in obese men.

I am a man (an uptight one in many ways) and I have pecs and on my pecs I have 'manbuds'. Personally, however, I prefer man tits to 'boobs'...somehow the 'b' word just doesn't do it for me.

LOL, same here man, I went to the gym for 6 months lost about a stone and was very slim, it did help my moobs a bit but they never dissapered. Luckily my BF loves them. Something else to play with hey ;) feels great also as I have sensitive nipples.

no one thinks they are big except for me and I always have hated them since puberty. very self concious, wont swim or anything in front of any one.!oops!

BTw, I am not fat or even over weight!I actually went to the doctors about them before, oh how embarrassing that was! He basicallly groped them and said "whats up" and then he told me its nothing and there are millions of men with the same problem. Apparently it is actually breast tissue EEKSSS!!!!
