I thought the guy was just beautiful when I saw him in Freshmen, he won some "Freshmen of the Year" thing. When he put on more weight and started to look different, I lost interest in him somewhat.

Such a shame and waste of young life. What a nice looking guy too bad he could not come to terms with the issues he obviously had. I am no psychololgist but sounds like to me he really struggled with being gay. Just a guess who knows. Maybe he is not guilty although it sounds like it. Anyway, a sad sad ordeal.

Can't find any...and he must have had an araignment by now coz If you are arrested for a "D" felony or higher, you have to be immediately arraigned. "E" felony through misdemeanor, you can get an appearance ticket and the arraigment is usually within 2 weeks.
Maybe he was released????

Boham was "arraigned" in Denver on Wednesday. The Cops and Prosecutors are claiming that Boham intended to rob Kelso and the robbery went wrong and Kelso was shot. The prosecutors claim Boham confessed this to his family (a likely fabrication in my opinion).
Prosectuors are saying that Boham knew or though that Kelso kept $100,000 to $400,000 in his home safe and that Boham intend to steal the money and move with his girl friend to South America. HOWEVER,
Another guy, allegedly a co-worker of Boham and an employee of Kelso, said that Kelso threatened to OUT Boham as a pornstar to his family and to fire Boham if Boham didn't have sex with him (kelso).
Personally, I believe the employee's story. A guy like Boham had to have a lot of Kelso's offering his gifts and money.

well, if this is true, then Boham's response to Kelso's threat backfired... big-time.
as a result of his actions, he's not only been outed by the media as a gay porn star... he's also become a criminal.
maybe he wasn't thinking about the repercussions in the heat of the moment, but for some reason, i don't fully buy the coworker's story. the prosecutor's story seems to make more sense-
it's hard for me to believe that he was someone who'd commit a pre-meditated crime of this nature. the whole "by-accident" thing and the money motive seem more in line with what i've read of him and what i've seen of him on film (which, of course, doesn't say much, but it's something).
seriously, boham/"marcus allen" never came off as a malicious, hateful, vengeful, angry guy in any of the films he did. he seemed to connect with his gay/male costars. and he always kissed them, to my knowledge. he also seemed very down to earth, which several of the guys who've posted here (and have seen his films) agree with.
plus, i doubt he was deathly afraid of getting outed to his family (or at least, to the point of killing someone else). i mean, if that were his greatest fear, killing kelso wouldn't solve the problem. his prolific gay porn past would catch up to him eventually and find their way to his family at some point. it's not like the guy did one film for like brokestraightguys.com or something anonymous like that. he did SEVERAL films. for SEVERAL different gay studios. and in those SEVERAL films he fucks, sucks, kisses SEVERAL different gay guys.
