Haha. Second time I've been asked that. That's when Naruto uses his Sexy Jutsu. It's an attack Koma from the game Jump Superstars and I think from the manga it's when he uses it on Jiraiya and says something like "Adults seem to be really weak to this attack"

I am sure it was somewhere along that part. Or it could have been earlier in the manga when he first started using it.
