Of course you mean congress. Whoopee, house bills don't become law and the Senate's 49 will stop any truly over the top bills and should they fail then Bush will veto such bills. Don't forget also that because of Bush the supreme court is decidedly conservative for quite some time. SO I would say the loose grip on one tier of Government is tenuous at best. Especuilly when you consider the amount of power that is being siphoned into the Oval office from the legislature.

I would def watch how much you squeak majority. Its apparent lofty powers are few and limited

Maybe to get an idea you could look at the forum viewers list on this site alone...currently 256 to 22. somewhere less than 1 in 10 who choose to be entertained rather than engaged. SOmewhat of an exaggeration since that is only a comparison of CE&P to goosip....much less if you take in all...
