update:

sorry guys i have a new phone... which amazingly has a worst camera! since the first pic i have put 1stone on.... i think a bit on my waste but my chest is up 2inches and each arm is up 1inch!

iphone is really ruining quality.... my chest is now 3" bigger and each arm 1" bigger than the first pic... the lighting is also great in the first pic... i need to do some more ab work/lose a bit of weight that the protien shakes have added!
